Amazing!! Roy was great-- and answered the phone (not an answering svc) we needed our disposal removed and a new one put in ours was very old and leaking badly. To our happiness his crew cam out the same day in the PM, and did a Super job, prompt, courteous and professional. Will def use again. They underpromised and OVER DELIVERED! Thanks guys.

When I first started looking for someone, Roy got back with me right away. We discussed what the problem might be and he gave me quotes. Everything when just as he told me as I was called just before the technician - Gary, came out. Work was done very professionally and they cleaned up as went .

This has been a disappointment since day one. We are out 1778 dollars it has been almost 10 weeks the work that was done was incorrect and we will have to start over owner refused to come see work that had been done to understand the disaster that had been created. Told my husband he would then changed his mind when we would not allow his team to continue. And still wants to threaten liens and charge more for such an atrocious job. As well as I bought our own faucet attachments but he was still charging for his again this was just a shower simple no shelving no add ones no plumbing changes just demo and new walls and door. 10 weeks in not even close to finished and will have to be completely ripped out and we are starting over. Have photos to prove. Contractor also purchased product that we had never seen or approved and was upset when we said that was not what we were looking for he through a fit and we explained he never even showed us what he was purchasing with our money for our shower. Please please please do not hire this contractor you will regret it. ***Update*** This contractor never came to see the job never offered to fix the problem refused to come out and has now called me dishonest- this contractor also removed the shower trap in the drain pipe knowing so make the floor base fit now I have to add plumbing to my additional cost! These people are so unprofessional I have had three contractors and a plumber come view the work and try to fix the mess they are all mortified at this outcome and have offered to take photos to help get my money back

After roofers knocked down the overhang or "eyebrow" above the sliding door to my patio, I needed an estimate--quickly--for what the repairs would cost. Bernie got back to me within an hour or two, and he acknowledged my e-mail with photos of the damage in less than 30 minutes. I greatly appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to provide an initial, free estimate to help me make informed decisions as I follow up with the roofing company.
