Do not EVER EVER hire these people. They will get you by saying that they are running a special on their service call for 29.90 and then when they get there they will try to charge WAY WAY too much for their services. They wanted to charge 250.00 to just hook up a water heater that takes 15 min. in labor. I called numerous others and the ave quote I got was 120.00-150.00

Overall I would rate this an excellent selection. The company promptly called to offer service, provided estimate over the phone and came within range when job completed. Service person came earlier than appointment but called first to see if ok with us, service person clean, company logo in plain site, no extra charge for weekend and we would use the company again. Only caveat, service man tried to soft sell extra work than what we wanted but we are comfortable with the word "NO". Serviceman completed the job within stated time and left in a friendly manner.

The Gentleman that came over to do the work (ceiling fans installations) was very professional. He worked in a timely manner and did the job well. The one thing I was a little concerned about was the cost of some items that I was not sure that I really needed. but of course, not knowing the specifics of the work, I was not in a position to decide against using such items. Next time I'll make sure I research more the work needed to familiarize myself with the specifics and not encounter costly costly surprises.

He was on time, professional, listened to what I had to say and knew exactly what he was doing. He stayed until all of my concerns were eliminated. I ended up spending 5 times more than I expected due to items he said I should consider having done. I could have opted out of having them done though.

I chose Ace because they offer their services 7 days a week, at the same price! Wow. Then they came the following morning at 8:15 AM. Wow. Then they quoted me a fair price, contingent that it may be LOWERED if it ended being an easy fix. Well, it was an easy fix. He replaced the bad breaker with one I had bought and lowered the price. The worker was friendly, efficient and explained everything thoroughly. I will be using them for all my electrical needs.

Tony the installer was GREAT! There was some communication trouble between the office staff confirming the appointments and when the installer actually came though. Ace still did a great job. I would use them again and I will tell friends about them also.

A little high on the price, but Tony was very clear on the costs. No confusion, just a little more than I thought it would cost. Ultimately, I made the choice to spend. In all, however, Tony and Ace Electrical are a GREAT vendor! Would highly recommend to anyone!

The guys did a top notch job, and it's obvious they stand behind there work. They have a huge truck that has everything they would need so they don't have to leave and return with "parts", which is cool. I was, however, shocked by their standard rates. (For example, outlet covers were $98 each, and replacing a GFI outlet was $99).

Only disappointment was finding a broken ceramic light fixture up in the attic that was not broken prior to services rendered. Was not informed of this breakage. Light still works, but is not attached to outlet box.
