Within less than a year, a crack resurfaced that I wanted repaired, this was the main reason for getting it done. Contacted Alfred, immediately He says it doesn’t look like the same crack, but indeed it is, have before and after photos to prove it! It’s been two months since I called and sent pictures, no reply no inspection, nothing,.. their warranty obviously means nothing, and I paid them twice for the job, because my HOA didn’t approve the first color. And this is how I’m treated in return. If anything changes I will report that as well, but right now, warranty is worthless, leave this company alone!!
