They charged me $53.50 and didn't fix the problem and while they had it the power light stopped working. Twice they tried to tell me that I needed a new hard drive and when I questioned them they said they had me confused with another work order. Also they tried to up sell me more memory. So they charged me for a repair they didn't do, broke something else and tried to sell me up grades that I don't need. I'll never use them again.

"0ur invoice indicates that you bought an Intel wireless adapter. it was $50 plus tax. Im not understanding what repair we charged you for that we didn't do. Didn't the new wifi card fix your connectivity issue? There is nothing in the invoice about a repair charge tho. It is common for us to recommend memory upgrades. I don't see anything wrong with that. And hard drives are the number one point of failure in a machine. We recommend to everyone that has a hard drive that they replace it with a Solid State Drive as SSDs are 10 to 30 times faster than magnetic hard drives. I feel it would be a dereliction of duty to not to point these items out when we see them. I am not understanding the low grade."

The laptop was built an 2016 and a Gen 4. This is 2019 and the new ones are gen 7. The factory warranty had started in 2016 and was about to expire. When I brought this to their attention they insisted it was 'new' and as I was leaving town I had no time to pursue it further. I am using this laptop. It is working but not what I was told I was purchasing. A new one from the factory was the same as I paid for the one I was sold. Not a good experience.

I can't say enough about the professional service I got from Mark Evans Computers. Initially I contacted them to help me transfer my email services to my new PC. I wanted to have everything in Outlook but could not seem to get all three email addresses I use to properly work. We were making progress and were able to work remotely using their TeamViewer but then, we could not even access TeamViewer! Fortunately, their office is nearby, so I took the laptop in and worked with staff in house. After several tries at loading the Gmail accounts into Outlook without success I was ready to give up but the staff said we should call TeamViewer to at least get that running and once we fixed that, we realized it was a conflict with the Dell laptop that was fixed there by Mark Evans Computers and we were back in business! That fix corrected the Outlook conflict and all was well. About two weeks later, the conflict was back, I called Mark Evans Computers and Zack told me about an automatic software update that needed to be removed! I was thrilled and now know what to look for when the conflict arises (which it does with every update!!!). I contacted Dell to make them aware and they said it's a Microsoft issue. We all know what happens when you venture into the world of trying to contact major companies like that! Mark Evans Computers are, and will always be, my real live people to go to when I have computer issues in the future! Thanks to everyone there!

They forgot to add something and I had to take the PC back to be fixed. Otherwise everything went well and expeditiously. I have used Mark Evans for 10 years or so. I have always been happy with their service. Over the years I have bought and had repaired 3 computers. I expected the one I brought to him at this visit would be too old and slow. I upgraded to a faster computer and I am happy with it.

I called Evens Company and had them send someone to my home to address this severe problem. They entirely corrected the whole problem and enabled me to successfully thwart the continued efforts of the foreign based deceiving company to regain their control over me. They kept trying for more than a year. The Mark Evans technician was extremely knowledgeable and clearly walked me through what they were doing to straighten things out for me.

They always find the problem and take care of it. Computer has always been ready at the time promised and sometimes even earlier than promised. Price varies based on the work I have had done but they have always been under what other companies have quoted. I have recommended them to many of my friends and the ones who have needed and used their services absolutely love them.
