We called to get an estimate. He could not give us one till he saw the trees. He took over a week to come over to see the trees. Once he provided the estimate, he said, since it was a "small job" he would do it when he got a chance. After another week, we had to call him back to f/o why the trees were not trimmed and he said it was weather-related. Once he did come over, he did a good job of trimming the trees. Good thing we were not in a hurry, but we felt he was not as prompt as he could have been.
