They accommodated our schedule.  They were prompt and the crew was professional and all nice guys.  They gave us exactly what we asked for  especially the trim around each door.  They were very patient  with me as I wanted all the trim board to match what I already had.  They even repaired another door not on the schedule.  Also they were neat.  Vacuumed when they left.  We had two doors installed on the same day.  They sent four guys, two on each door so we were not inconvenienced with a long protracted install.

It went well!  Measured and took order on site.  Delivery date set and adhered to.  Arrived on time with new replacement sliding doors -- installed but then realized the factory did not ship them tinted.  Company immediately took down the door and ordered a replacement from the manufacturer and set and new delivery and install date.

Company turned order around smoothly and flawessly with correct product.  Install took about 1 1/2 hours and we are completely thrilled with the outcome.

SMOOTH OPERATOR!! I would say that I am a very difficult person to be please my family and I, we always want everything up to the highest standards and let me say that The Window ad Door Replacement Company made this as easy as it could get. For me to write a review you have to be excellent in all aspects or really bad at everything.



-Service people were well trained.

-Sales people were knowledgeable about their products and recommendations and offer just what I needed.

-Construction was on time and according to our expectation which surprise us.

-Pricing was reasonable and by comparison was better than other companies.
