We had an issue with our air conditioner over the weekend - it would work for a short period of time and then stop for a few hours, without cooling to the set temperature. We called South Florida Air Solutions around 9:30 a.m. Monday morning and Shawn and his son were at our door in less than two hours (and exactly as promised). They fixed it in no time - the issue turned out to be clogged up drain. They also performed maintenance on the A/C unit, explaining the steps and providing very informative feedback about unit condition. This was not the first job from this company - we found them while looking for somebody to install a UV light system. We shopped around and they were the best at explaining the process and answering any questions without pushing anything. We liked that and also asked them to perform maintenance on our A/C about 6 months ago. Every time the work was done professionally, timely, and at a very reasonable cost. We are very pleased and highly recommend them.

Called asking about service at around 8:30 today and Shawn arrived around 11:00; very fast service! Water was leaking from my drain line in the garage in a couple places. He cleared the drain line, serviced the drip pans and checked the system. He was done around 12:00. I came home around 1:00 and it seemed like the drain lines were still leaking so I called Shawn again. He said it was likely condensation but he would be happy to come back by and take a look. It turns out the lines were still leaking slightly because the original installer (not him) did not glue the drain lines and they apparently became loose over time. He glued them and that seemed to take care of the problem. He did not charge me for coming back out and correcting someone else's work. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and he seemed genuinely interested in providing excellent service. I highly recommend him. It's nice to get the owner, rather than an employee that may not really be interested in doing a good job and making you happy.

Had our two central A/C units serviced/cleaned and freon added. Very polite staff and a very knowledgeable owner. Called a few other companies for quotes and these guys had the best rates and were personally recomended by a friend and I will definitely be using them again.

I have used SFAS for years to service my residential and commercial properites. They always give me same day service and are affordable and honest. I highly recommend them for any a/c needs or commercial refrigeration.

The fact that he came out on Mother's Day was incredible. He took his time answering 20 questions I had about AC systems. He checked a few things and discovered the problem in about 2 minutes. He cleaned the primary and secondary water pipes. Water was coming out of the primary pipe and I just assumed it was working fine. The secondary had a minimal amount of water, but just enough to trigger the emergency shut off.
