With all the supply problems, our roof replacement went from 5 months to 10 months which was no fault of our roofer. Despite this, he kept on the supplier checking for updates on delivery. Our roof was finally complete January 2023 and the roof inspector said the job couldn't have been better. Lance was great about responding to concerns and his team was great especially Sehm who was so nice to work with.

They have to be the best in town. When I explained my problem to them , they went out of their way to make sure I got a new roof as quickly as humanly possible. The boss, Lance David , would come to my home just about every day to make sure job was going well. Not many would do that. When I ran into a small glitch he finished the job on a handshake You have to remember that we had never met before and this is the type of man he is. I believe that when the time comes to consider a new roof this is the only company you want. If you have a problem specific to you, just share it with them and if at all possible they will make it go away Seph, his number 2 guy is also knowledgeable and reliable. If he says he will do something it gets done Last but not least, it passed inspection with flying colors

I had a terrible experience with Lance and his team. When he came to repair a leak in my roof, he was unsuccessful. He had to come back 4 times to try and stop the leak and each time the leak got worse. Eventually when I got a legitimate roofing company to come look at my roof, the repair that Lanceâ s team put in place was like a band aid on a huge wound. When I asked for my money back, since he was incapable of fixing my roof and I had to hire someone else, he was rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend his services to my worst enemy.

"In an attempt to do a repair cost-effectively for a friend son in law we investigated the minor possibilities first. In 4 visits to a third-story roof, we charged 700.00 total. The occupants were to advise us if there was subsequent water intrusion . . which they did . . . 6 weeks later. We were going to return the next day. "She," told us she preferred we did not. When "they" finally addressed the leak again ( 6 more weeks later) not surprisingly I believe the "legitimate" company charged them over 2500.00. This is a classic "no good deed". A very difficult human being (and not the owner) that threatened legal recourse after 20 hours in an effort to really save them on out-of-pocket expenses. My friend is very satisfied that we did all we could to try and help out in this situation."
