"[member name removed] purchased our Big Deal and worked with one of our excellent long-term Expert Organizers. The session was for 3 hours, yet after about an hour and a half into the session [member name removed] advised the organizer that she felt that they were done and that she could take care of the rest on her own and that she just needed a jumpstart on the project. Our organizer thought this was odd as she had never had a client want to stop in the middle of a session, however she courteously finished up with what she was doing and left the clients home. From time to time we do have situations where the client and organizer are not a good fit for one another. In these cases our clients work with us to have another team member come out and work with them to complete their project and Wow the client with our exceptional service. Unfortunately, after several attempts to reconnect with the client we have still not received any communications back from [member name removed] except for this review which only has a letter grade with no text. Our goal is always to "Wow" our clients and make every effort to ensure their satisfaction. However, this is only possible when a client is prepared to communicate with us."

"As an organizing firm in business since 2006 we always welcome constructive feedback from our clients. For that we say thank you! The circumstances surrounding this project are unfortunate. Me In Order.com was running two deals at one time which proved to work against us in this instance. One of our deals included a 20% discount on hours billed beyond the initial 3 hours while the other deal did not. We were in the process of removing the 20% from the one deal so that there would not be any confusion, however, Angie's list was slow in getting this accomplished and our Expert Organizer did not receive the correct information from our home office. With all this back-story behind us - we never want to put our clients in the middle of our internal dealings so we did what we hope any reputable company would do and completely refunded the client for the additional time that our Expert Organizer spent with her. The client also mentioned that she did not get the full hour, so we were happy to provide her with the extra time that she did receive for free. We also refunded the client for the entire "double charge." After much discussion with our Expert Organizer and the client we are still not sure why the client did not mention that she had already paid for the service, but none the less we immediately refunded the double charge. We stand by our service with our money back guarantee. In this case we were prompt in refunding the client for the time that she was not completing satisfied with. We just spoke with the client and confirmed that she has received her refund. We also offered her an additional 3 hours with another one of our fabulous team members at a discounted rate since it appears that the Expert Organizer that was sent was not a good fit for her. Quite honestly, even after being in business for almost a decade we are still learning our way around working with clients that are not completely satisfied with our service. We have helped over 1000 of our South Florida neighbors create order and bring peace to their homes and I can count the unhappy clients with one hand so I guess we just haven't had that much practice."

I am so sorry you were not happy with our services and would have loved to been able to rectify the issues at the time of the service or shortly after. We know that we cannot meet everyone's expectations but we certainly try as our mission is to bring peace to all of our clients. I also know that I am not the first person you have had to come in and work with you in regards to your paper. You hired me to help you with filing your paperwork in a filing system that you already had in place. I did not try to change your system as that is a system that works for you. In fact, when I work with clients in regards to their paper and their filing systems I always make sure that the system is best suited for them as they are the ones that will work with it on a daily basis. Again, I am sorry I did not meet your standards to filing your paperwork. You mentioned in your review that I was trying to sell you stuff you did not need. That is an interesting statement as we have a policy that our clients do not purchase anything as we try to utilize what they currently have. We do make specific recommendations if we think the client will benefit from a specific item but nothing more. We are an affiliate with one company, Scan Digital, and that is it. We do not make any commission off selling products to our clients, and we do not sell products! Another statement that you made was that in my follow up call I told you you were very disorganized. If I did say that and made you feel uncomfortable I truly apologize. I do not feel your home was that disorganized at all! I think during the follow up I was referring to the fact that you were considering downsizing to another location and needed some assistance to do so. I would not make any comments to my clients that did not mirror what they had already said. Again, I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our services.
