It went very well. I would recommend this company to my neighbors.

They did not respond to my message on Angie's List. I had to call them a couple of times, but ultimately, they showed up to perform the work. Locks were re-keyed, although their duplication machine was not working so I had to go to hardware store to get duplicate keys. All turned out fine.

My request was answered within an hour. The serviceman, Matt, was at my door within 2hours. He was very professional and efficient. Very courteous. The job went very well with no problems. Highly recommend. Cost was very fair.

did a really nice job but it took a long time, ~6 weeks. happy with the job and the replacement was not an emergency. one negative was i had to do most of the calling for updates including a visit to the shop in Stuart.

locksmith was scheduled to arrive ca. 1 p.m. and finally showed up at 6 p.m.; didn't know anything about our lock (Ashley Norton); wanted to take photo of lock but smart phone was dead, so I took a photo and e-mailed it to K&D, which I could have done hours earlier without having to wait around the house for 5 hours. Never heard back from K&D (now 1.5 weeks later)

They were able to come out in about 4 hours which was awesome.  The man I spoke with on the phone was very nice and personable.  He said that the service call was going to be $65 to change both locks and hardware, which was reasonable (cheap, actually), and also was what I thought they charged per hour.  He was here about 1.5 hours and the bill was $195, which was for the service call and 2 hours labor.  I bill in 15 minute increments in my line of work but I guess I should have asked for better clarification.
The gentleman that came out was great.  Nice guy and eager to please.  He knew what he was doing and made absolutely sure we were happy with the work he performed.
I would definitely use them again, but I will make sure that we determine what the charges will be before they come out.
Once again, great work, just was sort of caught off guard with the bill.

They were out at my house within an hour of my call.  The 2 people who came could not have been nicer or more professional.  I was so impressed by them and their work!  Will definitely hold onto their business card and use them again should the need arise.

Had the blanks in stock; cut them quickly and accurately at a reasonable price.

Very prompt and efficient...would highly reccommend.

I'm in the process of restoring a 1966 Honda 305 Dream motorcycle, and needed some work on the ignition switch, since the key wouldn't go in.  In five minutes, Ken was able to correct the problem (a loose cylinder pin) and the switch works fine!  Very helpful!

The service man arrived promptly, was polite and professional and completed the job to our complete satisfaction.  We would definitely use the company again in the future.

Great! He got here on time, went through the house with me to see each door lock needing replaced, and suggested the slider door protection, and got done it all done in a timely fashion- great work, will call on them again when needed!

Scott came to our home on time , we told him what we needed to do and he had suggestions to make it work properly and more securely and even repaired a lock that a former locksmith had screwed up.  He was GREAT!!!
