Jupiter Tequesta had their representative Wendell at my house within an hour. Wendell fixed my problem and had my AC back up and running in less than an hour. Thank you Wendell for excellent work after hours on a Friday night. You are the BEST !!!

The technician was polite and professional. He called before he arrived and upon entering my home he put coverings on his shoes. The company also response quickly to anyone who calls.

Service Tech showed up at the exact time scheduled. He diagnosed problem within minutes and replaced defective part. Total time at the house was about 25 minutes Couldn't asked for better service or professionalism Top notch firm

Gary was able to get the air running again. Two days later we had to call again to have them come back and service the unit again. Joseph was the service man this time and he was very professional. This was the 29th time the unit has been worked on. Joe was going back to the office and said he would talk to the Managers and call back that day and it has been three days ago Now we are in a situation. There has been a death in the family and we have to go to South Carolina and pray the conditioner doesn't" break down in our absents. We were unable to get the simplest questions answered, including time window of the appointment. We asked to speak to a supervisor numerous times and they stated they were busy/ in meetings, etc., and would call us back promptly. Needless to say, no return calls were ever made by this company. Doing business with them is just not worth the hassle. They do not operate as a professional organization should and does.

Phil analyzed the problem and explained to me what was wrong and how he would repair. Phil did a good job much to my satisfaction.

Loose connection wires were found and corrected.

AC is working perfectly. Jose was wonderful to work with.

On time and friendly

It did not go well. It was a very sloppy ductwork job.

Tune-up done very rapidly and well done. On the other hand no success to install the wifi thermostat. After 5 hours none stop trying to figure it out to install the thermostat I asked to put the old one in place. After all this time it looks like that the common (C-wire) voltage/current supplied by the brand new AC installed by Jupiter-Tequesta is not working. Technician mentioned that my wire in the wall was damaged which I doubted. Get the thermostat installed directly on the AC unit (bypass the wire) and same result nothing work. Looks like that the transformer does not provide enough current. Will need to get sort it out while the AC unit is still under warranty with Jupiter-Tequesta. Really sad to waste so much time. Technician has remain calm all the time which is greatly appreciated and professional.

It turned out to be much more difficult than expected. They were so corroded inside he had to cut off both the faucets and spout. He was very professional, personable and would hire their firm (and Matt) again.

After carefully reviewing the entire system, Brian concluded that the best course of action would be to replace the compressor. Within three hours, we were contacted by Jupiter Tequesta AC and Heating and informed that Brian will be here tomorrow to install a new compressor. We were delighted not only with their excellent service, but feel that Brian was instrumental in the decision to make our system operational. He is definitely a company man, and has the well being of both the customer and company at the forefront. He also gave us his personal business card and offered for us to contact him directly at any time. If you have a complex problem with your air conditioning, we would recommend Brian as your number one choice.

I had Carlos A come this visit and was so professional, caring, and totally knowledgeable. I continue to use their service and would not go anywhere else.

The filter was replace and reinstalled on the interior of the apartment so it would not be exposed to the elements. The insulation on the coolant exhaust line located on the roof was replaced. All the work was expertly performed and the technician cleaned up the work site after he had completed his work. The technician was very professional and efficient throughout his work onsite.
