went well they explained everything to me only issue I had was that they quoted me one price and got another, was also told my car would be ready by noon and I got there at 4pm and still wasn't done. I dropped it off at 930am.

Beware! My son had an oil change performed on his 2005 Cavalier several years ago here. (Unsure of date). He went out of town, returned to his car and after driving a short distance the engine seized. A respected local mechanic showed us how the oil leaked out due to an improper seal after replacing the filter and oil plug. We brought this to their attention, and they scoffed, accusing us of trying to scam them. My son could not afford to bring legal action but the car was totaled as a result. They did not care, they did not believe an independent third party mechanic, and refused to offer any restitution. As a result, I would not even wash a car there anymore.

I would like to preface this review by saying that I have an old car and that it was really dirty and I did not expect things to be perfect and they weren?t, for sure.  Briefly, took 2 hours to ?detail.?  When I picked up they had plastic on the seats which slipped when I got in so when I got out I had a spot on the back of my shirt that was soaked.  Matts were piled on the floor on the passenger?s side and they too were still wet.  Cursory look the interior looked good!  Not ?fabulous? as the cashier predicted it would be but ok.  Exterior looked like it always did when I run it through the upgraded car wash.  Disappointed.  Button was stuck for air conditioner air vent but came back on, no big deal.  When I lifted up all the Matts on the passenger side floor I was really disappointed.  I called and was told to bring it back in and they would try to redo which I did and they did.  After 5 min. I was told that was ?all that they could do.?  I didn?t believe it and for almost $140 felt they could have done a much better job so when I got home, grabbed my carpet cleaner, paper towels and gave it a go.  I have pictures I wish you could can see as there is a noticeable difference.  A lot of stuff came up and still does not look 100% but I know I can eventually get it to look much better, even though I am not the professional Jupiter Auto purports to be.

If you go here, save yourself (a lot) of money and skip the detail?better yet, just run it through the gas station car wash and vacuum yourself.

I have been using Jupiter Auto Spa for more than 10 years... There is nobody better!

I live on a dirt road and have two kids so my car is routinely trashed inside and out. I took it to Juptier auto spa bc they have a $5 off coupond bc they are close to me to get it cleaned up. They did a good job on the inside. I wont say great bc I think they could have done more but for the price Im happy. The outside needed more help but I have an older car 2008 so I don't know what to expect. It took about 25 min from start to finish as they were pretty busy. I went on a Friday morning so I imagine that they are slammed on a Sat or Sun.
