The crew started at 7:30 a.m, every day and worked till 4:30 p.m.  Mainly two guys they were very knowledgeable about their work, stripped rotten wood, then put new lap siding over trim around windows and doors.

Very professional at all levels. Good communication when various problems arose, and a top notch crew that worked from 7 to 5 every day like they were punching a clock. It took about 6-8 wks for the project to begin after we signed the contract, which we were told in advance, and around 6 wks for the work to be completed...quite a large job. But now the house looks great and I don't have to worry about the wood siding that had been deteriorating on me for years. Highly recommended.

City of Boca takes forever on permit, but Holeman fit us in & project was completed within a week.

Representative came to give an estimate for placing HardiePanel on our home  in a punctual and professional manner after  we first called. Holeman, Inc. kept in touch advising when material was shipping and when construction would begin. They started when they said they would & completed the task in a timely manner. Holeman's Project Manager, Site Manager and workers were all professional, answering any questions we had through out the process. Construction personnel were hard workers and excellent craftsmen. We are very pleased with the entire process and the end result. Our home looks great and will for years to come.

They were punctual, hard working, and informative. The men did excellent work. We are extremely happy the way our house looks!

They did a good job. However there were some delays, because they ran out of material. The foreman Failed to replace house numbers and electrical fixtures as promised.

John, Mike and the whole crew at Holeman, Inc did an awesome job. My home is a single story ranch, 2200 sq. ft. , stick frame built in 1950. It poses some big challenges with the way the old soffits were installed and the house not being plum in multiple spots. They had to remove a layer of 30 year old aluminum siding, a layer of 33 year old wood lap siding and the 60+ year old fiber board right down to the studs. John and his crew repair several sills that had water damage and a few other structural issues. They insulated the whole house, put on a solid layer of plywood, Hardie wrapped the whole house to protect for moisture and installed the 7 1/2" smooth Hardie Board siding in Woodland Cream with the Hardie trim. Every challenge they ran into along the way the figured it out (windows not being plum was probably the biggest so they built out the area around the windows to put the trim on so everything lined up. We also had an area of the soffit that was extremely challenging were the old car port was turned in to the garage leaving little room to put the soffit up. John figured it out. 
Bottom line is these guys know what they are doing. They made sure my wife and I were happy along the way and our house turned out awesome. Looks like a brand new home.

I hired Holeman Inc. to replace our current T1-11 siding with pre-painted (Colorplus) Hardieplank.

During the inspection of our new house significant wood rot on the T1-11 siding was noted. Everyone recommended that we replace the T1-11 with JamesHardie brand siding. We had an opportunity to add some renovation costs into our mortgage, but had to act quickly to line up a reputable contractor to do the work. We found Holeman Inc, through the JamesHardie website. As a contractor certified through the JamesHardie, we felt confident in using them.

Mike from Holeman quickly came out and gave us a quote, giving us multiple options including primed, professionally painted, and pre-painted. He worked quickly with our bank to get all the documents needed and ensured we closed on the house on time.

Replacing the siding went relatively smoothly. They were able to work with our pest control guy to take care of an area of the house that needed treated for termites prior to putting up the new siding. They also put up new light fixtures to replace the old ones. It took a little longer than anticipated to finish the job. The delays were due mainly to rainy weather and the beginning of lobster season, an unofficial holiday in South Florida. I can’t fault the contractor for either delay.

The finished product looks great. My wife and I are both pleased with the work. A few neighbors stopped over during the process to ask about the siding and seemed to really like it.  I’ve seen Hardieplank put up poorly and it does not look good. The work done by Holeman was top notch and did not have any problems passing the building inspection.

The entire staff of Holeman were friendly and quick to return any phone calls or e-mails. The management staff always knew exactly what was going on at the job site. Any problems or concerns were taken care in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using Holeman Inc.

They did every concrete work there was to be made. It was an addition to my the house. I had more than several prices on this project, and it was really the best deal on the price that I got.
