Description of Work: Checked home inside & out for extended periods. Coordinated repairs when needed. Recommended tradesmen and pet sitters.

 + -1 moreSusie orchard is meticulous, concisions, cautious, and careful observer for our home in Florida. She takes care of our home, as if it was her own. She makes sure any repairs are attended to in a speedy, and efficient fashion. Having Susie looking after our house is like having another family member watching it. I would highly recommend her, without ever reservation whatsoever.
Description of Work: Takes care of a house in florda for us. She takes care of houses for people on a seaonal basis.

All the projects she coordinated for us and the little personal extra touches made her the best investment we made for our home. I can't recommend her enough!

 + -1 moreAs we live part-time in Jupiter, we need someone to watch our house while we are away in the summer. Due to the South Florida climate, it is essential the air conditioning is working properly and the house is prepared in the event of a hurricane. Our HOA recommended Executive Household Management and we?re incredibly happy it did. The owner, Susie Orchard, watches over our house as if it were her own. Every two weeks, she visits the house to assure it is safe and sound and reports to us any issues that might have arisen. When we need a service performed, whether it is a plumber, electrician, power-washer or just arranging for a package delivery, we know Susie will take care of it for us. On top of all this, Susie?s one of the nicest people we?ve had the pleasure to meet in Jupiter. Bottom line: we cannot possibly recommend Executive Household Management more highly. If you need house management services, you simply cannot do better!

 + -1 moreShe's fantastic! She charges by the hour and breaks it down into 10 minute segments. You keep an account with her and she presents you with a monthly bill, where you pay for your account. The approximate cost listed is about what it costs to use her per hour. We will definitely continue to use her for future service.
Description of Work: She has a concierge type of service. She does things from letting people into our house when we're not here, coordinating services for us when we aren't here (since we only live here part time), gets the mail, monitors the humidity, has taken the people that have stayed here while we're gone and shows them around, coordinates cleaning services for us, facilitated repair services, goes grocery shopping, runs errands and she's even gone to the drugstore for us and mailed us our prescriptions!
