Very knowledgeable. Will do whatever is needed - even to changing remote batteries before you come home. Would call you when at your home and go over any concerns.

Susie orchard is meticulous, concisions, cautious, and careful observer for our home in Florida. She takes care of our home, as if it was her own. She makes sure any repairs are attended to in a speedy, and efficient fashion. Having Susie looking after our house is like having another family member watching it. I would highly recommend her, without ever reservation whatsoever.

Whether you need to have your place attended while you are away, have service providers managed, need referrals for just about anything, or personal errands run, Susie Orchard and her Executive Household Management can do just about anything with professional and impeccable care. All the projects she coordinated for us and the little personal extra touches made her the best investment we made for our home. I can't recommend her enough!

As we live part-time in Jupiter, we need someone to watch our house while we are away in the summer. Due to the South Florida climate, it is essential the air conditioning is working properly and the house is prepared in the event of a hurricane. Our HOA recommended Executive Household Management and we?re incredibly happy it did. The owner, Susie Orchard, watches over our house as if it were her own. Every two weeks, she visits the house to assure it is safe and sound and reports to us any issues that might have arisen. When we need a service performed, whether it is a plumber, electrician, power-washer or just arranging for a package delivery, we know Susie will take care of it for us. On top of all this, Susie?s one of the nicest people we?ve had the pleasure to meet in Jupiter. Bottom line: we cannot possibly recommend Executive Household Management more highly. If you need house management services, you simply cannot do better!

She's fantastic! She charges by the hour and breaks it down into 10 minute segments. You keep an account with her and she presents you with a monthly bill, where you pay for your account. The approximate cost listed is about what it costs to use her per hour. We will definitely continue to use her for future service.
