I posted my job on Monday and they called right away, set an appointment for an estimate for the next day. They arrived on time and gave a written detailed estimate including permit. I called at the end of the day to accept the estimate and they rearranged schedules to get my installation done the next day. Mike R arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner, leaving the area the way they found it. Highly recommend these guys, ask for Mike!!

Needed new seat for low toilet with adapter to raise it to ADA height. Existing seat was "pinching" and I could not find one that didn't and would work with the adapter. Ed did and installed it quickly.

Excellent. Plumber did the repair quickly and professionally. Other companies gave outrageous quotes and wanted to tear out the wall and at a significantly higher rate. This company did the right thing and did the repairs which cost me a lot less. In the future this will be the only plumber I will use.

He was very professional, clean, and truthful. He advised I not have him repair a faucet but that I needed to buy a new one. They even called me as a follow up to see how the job went and if I were satisfied with their work. I am very happy with this company and I would definitely use them again.

Our water heater cracked and water was coming out at full force on a Sunday of all days. Our former plumbing company was not going to come out on a Sunday, so I called Admiral. They had someone there within the hour and replaced the water heater. Very nice, professional and knowledgeable. We will be using them as our plumbing company from now on.

Resolved quickly

The office gave me a time slot for arrival and Chris came at the beginning part of the time slot. The Work was completed efficiently and everyone we spoke with was very accommodating. They replaced our water heater the same day and quoted us a great price. Would certainly use them again!

It never happened!! They had given me a 2 jours window, 10am to 12pm. At 12pm I called as I didn’t hear from them. The lady I spoke to, instead of apologizing for the delay told me my window was 10:30am to 12:30pm and so he was getting the paiement from previous client and would come within the hour. Then, at 12:55pm received a call from another woman telling me that he still had to finish his previous job and that he would come after, meaning probably another good 30 minutes wait for me on a busy Saturday. I had to cancel the service as I had other appointments scheduled! How do they believe they can give us a 2 hours window and not even care to delay or reschedule the service as soon as they know they’re not going to make it!?? I guess they believe it is the customer’s burden to be waiting as long as it will take them to finally make it to your home. Could take all day apparently and they are fine with that! I am not.

Could not have been more efficient. Travis arrived in the morning and helped me decide the appropriate product for my needs. He was very helpful and I am really happy with what I chose based on his recommendation. Once I made the choice, he called the office to have the toilet delivered to the house while he began the removal of the old and preparation for the new. Within hours it was completed. Remarkably efficient. Travis was very professional and very knowledgeable. He also advised of a potential problem with the type of water shut-off valve we had, which he also took care of.

Chris was very polite, punctual and professional and personable. He explained to me everything he was doing and kept me updated as he worked. He was very polite and was able to clear our house of the clogs. Would definitely hire again.

Matthew came to the rescue! When I made the appointment I thought about asking for the company to send a very knowledge person to fix this problem once and for all, but decided not to since this was going to be a free estimate. Well I must say I was very happy that it was Matthew that showed up! He Explained everything in detail in a way I could understand. Most importantly he found the blockage that the other guy didn’t. We are back to full flush! I will be using Admiral Plumbing again and asking for Matthew! Thanks again Matthew for a neat and detailed job!

Excellent. They came when they said they would. The tech "Mike" answered every question that I had. Installation was performed without needing to come back another day. Works great.

Wonderful timely service. They made me aware of new regulations I wasn't aware of which did make the cost a little bit higher. They had to drill through the wall and install a new back up line so if it leaks it doesn't leak in the house. The man was pleasant and they offered a guarantee of the work. They did a great job.

I called Admiral in the morning and Joseph arrived on time the same afternoon. What I thought was a much bigger problem turned out to be a matter of turning on the hot water valve under the sink. It took Joseph about 15 seconds to fix the problem that I had been living with for a long time. And he said there was no charge for coming out. Wow! I'm impressed with Admiral's responsiveness and professionalism and Joseph was a really nice guy. I will definitely call them again.

Richard H. was our service pro. He came out and helped us determine what size water heater we needed to fit our needs. Richard returned the next day and install the new heater. He was very professional and finished in a timely manner. Richard stayed to make sure that the heater was working properly and cleaned everything up.

I feel as though they took advantage of my being elderly and disable. I am 72. They never told me there was a service fee for looking at the problem of $125.00. Then a $50.00 to replace a ring that I could have bought at Home Depot for $3.00. Moreover, replace if I were not in a wheelchair. The total time at my home was nine minutes. Because I complained they charged me $125.00 outrageous.

A salesman by the name of Joe showed up on time and ready to sell. He droned on and on about what was needed except he "forgot" about the extra money it would cost to add an on/off switch, but since he "forgot", he would include that $300 service for "free". He also "found" a $25 off coupon somewhere on the internet. The problem is, even with all of these "discounts", the estimate was still over $400 more money than my other five bids. The other problem I had was that Joe said he would be doing the work, but when I looked up the license number on his business card, the plumbers license belonged to a person by the name of Richard Bassoff. I wound up hiring a self employed licensed master plumber for much less money, so I'm guessing Admiral has a lot of layers of workers to expense. To Admiral's credit, they did require a permit, so they are at least trying to keep themselves out of hot water. They were also the only company to follow up and find out if I was interested in their service.
