We had a clogged kitchen sink that stopped up on Thanksgiving!  Foolishly, we figured that no one would come out on a holiday or that they would charge extra on the weekend (they don't charge extra for either!) so we waited until Monday morning to call.  They were able to schedule an appointment for that day, called when they were on their way and came promptly.  The problem was fixed immediately and now the sink works better than ever!  We are very happy with the courteous and professional service we received.

They've been good. Their overall quality of work seemed good. Nothing really stood out. They did their job and it's done. They're very responsive. Every time we called, they send someone promptly to the house. If there was an issue and they had to come back, they called to reschedule. What stands out most is their responsiveness.

My Rheemwaterheater kept popping the circuit breaker. Tommy from Admiral Plumbing responded to my call within a day. He replaced the heating elements and the thermostat, but did not warranty due to waterheater's age (9 Yrs). He answered my questions patiently and even came back the next day w/o charge to raise the water temperature a notch. I was kept updated by phone as to his arrival which was great! I have not had the best experience with other plumbing services over several years, so I thank Angie's List and members for steering me to a great company at last!

This company has the best customer service I have used in the area. Both
times I have messaged them through Angie's List. I get a response within
an hour. They scheduled appointments both time for the next day, even
though I was not in a rush. Show up on time and do good work. Plus I
also received follow-up calls to make sure I was happy with the job
performed. Excellent experience.

I had an intermittent leak in my shower. The tech, Paul, came on time, assessed the problem, and gave me an Angie's List price to fix the problem. The price, I thought, was quite reasonable. It included parts and labor. Paul was very professional, showed me the replaced parts, and explained the cause of the leak.

Great service. Ed was very professional and courteous. Two hours from submitting request on Angie's List to having the kitchen sink drains cleaned out. Didn't try to oversell services or what needed to be done. Very good experience; what I signed up to Angie's List for.

This is our second call to Admiral and both times we've been more than happy.  Mike was actually scheduled to come the day before, but they his truck broke down and they rearranged their schedule to accommodate us the following day.  They are honest, professional, fast and reasonable.

I purchased replacement parts for a toilet tank which I have installed successfully in the past.  one of the bolts was impossible to remove, and the toilet flooded the bathroom floor.  I called Admiral, stating that it was an emergency.  I was told that the worker was already on an emergency call; had to wait 2 hours, even though i explained it was an emergency.  worker explained that the toilet was old (even though it is a very high-quality, lowboy style toilet), that the parts i purchased were only for more "modern" toilets, and that it would cost between $200 and $265 to replace the parts.  are you kidding me??? I asked him what portion of that fee was labor and he could not (would not) answer me!  obviously i did not hire him.  It is Sunday afternoon and I ill have to live without water until Monday morning.  
I contacted this company because I used them once before; the worker at that time was extremely helpful and the price was very reasonable.  based on my experience today, I would NOT recommend them.

On Sunday afternoon when you called to request service we did everything possible to get to you in a timely manner as well as tried to communicate that our technician was on another emergency call and that we would get him to you as soon as he completed that emergency call. In the case of the pricing we do not charge anything additional for emergency or weekend calls and our pricing is per job not per hour. In certain brands of toilets the pricing for the parts do vary and in some cases may be higher. Again, we apologize for your negative experience and do value your service. Please let us know if there is anything that we can do to earn your business back."

Drum roll, please!  This is the first review I have ever written... here, or anywhere for that matter.  I am doing so because I feel so strongly about recommending this company.  From the timeliness of their response, to the follow up for the appointment, to the actual work itself, this company proved that they are all about CUSTOMER SERVICE!  That's right, I said it... a company who believes in CUSTOMER SERVICE!  Friendly, efficient, great prices, and genuine concern that you are happy with their work and product.  I cannot recommend Admiral Plumbing Services enough.  Hire them for all your plumbing needs and you will experience first hand what I experienced.  OK, enough gushing for now.  I have to get back to work!

The plumber arrived on time, was curious and gave me a free estimate. Mike Jordan was very professional and finished the work quickly. He unclogged the sink free because of a coupon provided by the Admiral Plumbing. I highly recommend Admiral Plumbing and Mike Jordan in particular for your plumbing needs.

Excellent service. There is good reason for all those A ratings. An Admiral tech told me on a visit earlier this year that our water heater was nearing the end of its useful life. He provided an estimate for replacement. Yesterday the water heater started to leak. I figured it was time. Contacted Admiral online to arrange an appointment, noting that I did not think I had an emergency. I got a call at 7:10 am. A technician was at my house three hours later. When I decided to replace the water heater, a second truck delivered it in 15 minutes. The price was exactly what I had been quoted months earlier, without prompting. And the tech, Miguel, was a gentleman. The noted price includes some additional work. Yes, I could have bought the Rheem water heater online at a lower cost. But the quick service was worth the small up charge. I experienced old fashioned good customer service.

I called and scheduled the appointment. I was contacted a day or two in advance to confirm. The tech arrived on time. The tech was very professional, fast and clean. Every time he repaired an area, he cleaned up after himself. Amazing!!! Spoke with Rich on the phone to clarify an issue, very responsive! WHat a great company to do business with.

Don't know how the company does it. I called at 10:00 am and by 11:00 am they showed up and the faucet and toilet was fixed within an hour. They come fully prepared and equipped, they had a nice Moen tall stainless spray faucet on the truck, and a price just above I saw at the local big box. $425 parts and labor. The toilet needed new bolts and a re-bed with new plumbing lines. The price quoted for that labor and parts was $125, The entire job was done quickly and expertly, and price was very reasonable.
This is my third time using Admiral Plumbing within a year, once for a water heater, once for a toilet replacement, and today for a new kitchen faucet and a toilet leak.
Great company, wouldn't call anyone else..00

My pipes were leaking under my sink because they weren't glued together properly. The trap had to be replaced and was done in a timely manner. To me I thought it was a little pricey, but I've never had to use a plumber before to compare pricing to other companies.
