I tried to install a "great sales priced" garbage disposal that I bought the day before. During the 20+ years I lived at the same residence, I've enjoyed doing most all the R&M myself. I've replaced many garbage disposals without a hitch. Not only did the new disposal make a loud clicking sound each time it started, it did not line up to my existing plumbing. After making a few modifications, my plumbing connections were a real mess. I took my wife's advise and called a plumber.
I contacted Admiral plumbing because we've had a lot success with them in the past. I called for an appointment about 7:30 this morning. A plumber was here before 9am. The plumber sized up the situation and gave me his suggestions. He left without charging me anything.
Taking the plumber's advise, I picked up another disposal and then called Admiral Plumbing again about 10am for another appointment. The same plumber returned about 11am. He removed the disposal I installed, installed the newer disposal, repaired the plumbing mess that I made and was out of here within 45 minutes.
I found the people that take the calls and make the appointments to be very pleasant and professional. The plumbers are also top-notch and know how to do their jobs very well. Thanks again, Admiral Plumbing.

Great company. Very professional, quick and reliable and communication and customer service are awesome!
They replaced a shower faucet and repaired a toilet in a rental and I couldn't be there myself. It was very important to me to get the issues resolved quickly and professionally for the tenants and I needed a company I can trust. They did a good job every time and immediately resolved issues that came up with one job and honored their policy to adjust their charge if you are not 100 % satisfied although they settled the problem in the end.
Every time I got in touch with them by phone or email I got an immediate reply from their office manager Susan and when there was an issue, even the owner Richard called to make sure everything is taken care off. That is very unusual and highly appreciated. I would recommended them to anybody because of the fair and professional way they treat their customers. Problems can come up anywhere and sometimes not everything goes perfect but in the end what matters is how they handle the situation and how important it is to them to make their customer happy. Thanks guys!!

Admiral plumbing exceeded my expectations. I noticed water running down my driveway and realized that it was coming from underground beside my house. Admiral quoted me $245 to fix the pipe and I agreed. Once the hole was dug and the pipe was exposed we realized that it was not one but four busted pipes which had all become soft and brittle due to a strange chemical reaction. Tony R. from Admiral cut out the bad section on all four pipes and replaced sticking to his original quote of $245. Tony was extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. I cant begin to describe how impressed I was with the fact that they did not try to charge me for the additional work. They have definitely gained a loyal customer.

We paid $585 for basically nothing. We got no resolution as to what the problem is. We called because the toilet was gurgling and the shower was randomly backing up. The plumber said he ran a camera and snake down the pipe and couldn't get past more than a few feet, said he hadn't seen anything like this in 14 years and said to call the city because it may be a sewer issue. City came and said their line was clear no problem there. We've had it so we rented a snake with an auger and snaked the line ourselves and guess what it went down all 50 feet, how he couldn't get past more than "a few feet" I don't get. Also the associate at Home Depot said that if indeed you can't get through the roof you need to take the toilet off and snake it through there; how an experienced plumber didn't know that is beyond me.

"Thank you for taking the time to review our service. The technician did snake the line from the roof and could not get any further then 60 feet, which is a few feet past your back fence. Not a few feet past the home.Since he was able to get this far by snaking it from the roof he didnt need to go in your bathroom and lift your toilet. He snaked it twice and kept hitting something hard. This problem is in your line before the city main. He then televised the sewer to locate the problem area, which is a few feet past your back fence. I'm sure if you camera your line after you clear it you will see a problem in that area of your sewer. We are refunding all your money due to your dissatisfaction with our service."

From the very beginning the experience with Admiral was way above my expectations. The inside staff were all very friendly and quick to respond to my questions. Their on-line request for quote and service scheduling is very nice. TJ was the technician who came out to give us our estimate and then performed the work when scheduled. He worked quickly and did an outstanding job fitting the tank into a confined space. He kept us informed of any issues as they arose and one in particular is noteworthy. When he unboxed the new heater there was hidden damage to the metal skin which surrounds the insulation around the tank ? purely cosmetic. He pointed it out and then arranged to have a new one delivered to the job site while he completed the other items on our list. In this business, honesty and paying attention to the small details goes a long way. We will definitely use them again.

I called in the morning and within 1 hour they were at my home. Mike showed up and was friendly, courteous and professional. He quickly assessed the problems and was able to give me a price right away. I can't say enough good things about him or the company. He completed the job quickly and without any issues. He cleaned up and no mess was left behind. Thanks to them and I highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again.

Well..he unclogged the sink, had to run a snake into the drain. Problem was they are $40.00 more expensive for the same service. We have had issues with the same drain and usually pay $160.00. We paid the extra with the hope that the drain would finally be fixed. Today it's backed up again. Not ther fault..I think it could be a root problem. But why pay extra money for the exact same results?

Really appreciate the fact they moved jobs around to get Miguel to the house in an emergency. Second time I've used them so they are now my plumber in my contact list! First time they were just as response and professional. Looks to be a very well run company, with professional employees who like their work and the folks they work for, which says it all.

I noticed water on the floor beneath the hot water heater in the garage. A quick investigation revealed the area around a heating element had rusted through and water was leaking from the wall of the tank. The water heater had to be replaced. Of course it was Saturday afternoon and I was thinking how am I going to get to Monday with this leak to call a plumber. A quick check of Angie's List showed Admiral Plumbing to be a top provider. I called at 1:30 pm and Kyndra immediately answered the phone. She was pleasant and courteous and had Chris at my front door by 3 pm. Chris evaluated the job and within an hour, had the new water heater in place and working! He even upgraded my water heater from 40 to 50 gallons at no additional charge! With out question the service was excellent and fast. Kyndra and Chris were a pleasure to work with. THANK YOU!

We received very prompt, excellent service, but we feel we probably paid more than we should have to some degree. We didn't question or challenge the quoted price and that's our own fault. In the end, we are happy with the work done.
We called early on Monday morning and spoke with Jeanette who was very personable and efficient. She scheduled a technician to come out that very day and gave us a 2 hour window. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to come out. It was certainly more than we expected when I dialed the phone...especially since the work we needed done was not emergent. After some difficulty finding our home (a problem many people we hire seem to have for some reason), the technician arrived. He introduced himself (Tony) asked our names and apologized for being late (which he wasn't) I explained our issues and his response was "Don't worry sir. I can help you with those. There are no problems....only solutions. Tony was one of the most respectful, kind, considerate, professional people we've ever dealt with. The epitome of great service. He is meticulous in his work including wearing shoe coverings whenever he had to come into the house and he cleaned up after completing each job before moving on to the next job. He spent a lot of time fixing our plumbing issues and did so with great care and respect. It is his belief to treat someone else's home just as he would his own home. And he's true to his word. He performed all the services as quoted and we are very happy with his service and the overall experience we had with Admiral Plumbing Services and recommend them highly. We will not hesitate to call them again whenever we need any plumbing work done. And if we're really lucky, we'll get Tony again when we do.
