I just had open heart surgery, so my Wife and Mom decided to purchase a recliner for my recovery. The customer service person at the store was not so nice to them and seemed rushed and disinterested. After they returned and relayed this experience I called and spoke with store manage Gary Cassidy. He gave me the most insincere apology I have ever heard, and began to defend his employee April, Saying nobody ever complained about her before. ( Really?) He also stated that he wouldn't be getting back to me on this, He was done. He then suggested that if I was unhappy that I should cancel my order,.......Who does this???? I imagine that a $700.00 sale was insignificant to him, So at his suggestion I cancelled the sale! I then asked if I could have the name and number of his superior, he gave me his name and a toll free number and attitude ! I can't comment on the quality of the product because we never did take receipt of the item, but based on the customer service experience they get a resounding F.............. So save yourself some time and go to one of the competitors and spend money where they know how to handle customer complaints and appreciate your hard earned dollars.
