In Line Inc. (Sprinklers, Pumps & Well Drilling)

We hired them 4 years ago when we moved into our new house. We had problems with the pump and some sprinkler heads. They repaired everything and we have them under contract for maintenance. Awesome company

The whole process was exceptionally well done. He showed up right on time for the initial look and spent a lot of time assessing the situation (nothing had really been done in about 5 years). He took his time and made recommendations and had options for us to consider. When the day for repairs came, he was right on schedule, worked his tail off and did a fantastic job. Would hire the company (hopefully get Brian again) in a second.

I'm able to use my current sprinkler system with increased pressure. I'll update my pump & entire system eventually. Other companies let me down over the past few years. Now, In-line are my go-to experts.

I was out of town and one of my neighbors mentioned that one of the solenoids was leaking bad. My neighbor gave me their name and telephone. I called and they responded promptly. Josh sent one of his men to check the situation and since it was only limited he asked me if I wanted the job performed right away. He sent later one of his men to perform the work and notified me (I was out of town) when the job was performed. When I came back I found a very well done job. Every valve was properly installed. System had been checked for proper operation. Price was adequate considering the normal cost of the hardware.

It was great...service was wonderful and so much care put into the details of getting water to the different areas..they fixed the sprinkler system, the drip lines and put in drip lines  .they worked on this project a few different times to get it right and always, but always with care and good feelings..these people stand behind their work...something rare I think...they did a great job and I certainly would recommend they highly...

Jan. 2016  The company responded quickly to my request for service and repaired hose sprinklers and just took care of everything...checked for possible leaks etc... job well done and I now have a contract to check the heads and hoses with sprinklers twice a year.  $155.00 for checking system and cleaning and replacing worn parts and installing new rain gauge.  Thank you!

Went very well, they came and examined the old well pump, determined that it was burned (which it was, I already knew that), brought a new pump, and installed it, all within a few hours.  Great courteous service, very happy with them.  The pump was a bit more expensive than other providers quoted me, but I think it also was a better pump.

They are really professional. If I do have a problem, they call me and tell me what it is, then I authorize to fix it.

They did a good job. They were very expensive for ongoing work. They came as they said the would. They were very polite. They guy who came solved the problem. The pricing for what they did was fine.

He was very honest, he did a well for me and he wasn’t happy with the water quality so for no additional cost he went down an extra 80 feet and took care of my water. I now have a 150 foot well; he went down further to get non rusty water. So now I have nice clean water to drink!

In Line differentiated themselves from the MANY other local outfits I called, by actually calling me back!
I cannot say enough how impressed I am by their responsiveness and professionalism.
They called back when they said they would. They called to tell me when they were coming. They arrived when they said they would. They did everything they said they would They pointed out and fixed several problems I had been having with my pump and tank.
My old 40' deep well had chronic problems every year. Keith drilled a new 100+ feet deep well and explained every step to me during the several days they did their work (only the first day involved installing the well. The next two days he stopped by to check the pump that was creating the pocket of clean water, and checking the quality of the water being drawn.
I don't know why the other companies can't run their business like Keith at In Line. I literally spent a month calling many OTHER companies multiple times, and rarely received a call back (just to tell me they'd call be back or come to my house, then they wouldn't show). The prompt contact Keith and In Line provides is refreshing.

Work done in a responsible and timely manner. At location everything was reported as working well. When get to Florida, want to meet with provider and discuss a continuing relationship.

Representative arrived when promised, provided an estimate and installed the controller on the spot. Took approximately 2 hours.

Overall, the experience has been good. We get a bill every month since we have a contract with them, and Keith makes sure everything is working properly. Any time we've had any problems, they've been responsive with repairing those problems. Their price is fair. We've been very happy with them. Keith is very personable, polite, and his crew consists of technicians.
