All the servicing that I came to this establishment for, went well. After completion of the servicing, the service technician informed me of a leaking radiator I did not know about. The quote they gave me for that repair was extremely overpriced for the work and parts required. the quote to replace the radiator was @800.00. My cost to replace was 200.00 for parts, and it took about two hours.

I have good experience with them in terms of appointments, service and everything. They're very personal and professional. I could walk in there and get something done. If I have an appointment, they're on time. Their prices are fair. They care of everything. I don't have any problem with them.

I only went in for one tire to be replaced, because I had found the steel belts showing through on the right front tire, while the mechanic was replacing the tire, the manager informed me that the other front tire was also showing the steel belts and showed me the wear. I opted to have this one done also. He told me the reason for this wear was due to an alignment issue, so the following week I had them do that maintenance. I recently called to see about getting my transmission fluid flushed on my second vehicle, which he said they could do, but since I mentioned that it was having an issue when starting to drive when it was cold, he recommended I take it to a shop that specialized in transmissions because they would be able to do a more detailed evaluation of my system. Although he did not get my business today, he did gain a customer for life. I greatly appreciate Scott's honesty and I will continue to have this organization perform maintenance on all my vehicles. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for good, honest work for their needs.
