This was a terrific experience. Steve was great with communicating pricing, timeline, and progress. This was an easy process, and would highly recommend Ambrose Advanced for the offsite cleaning of large area rugs. Steve also picked up the pieces, and delivered them when they were ready.

They are efficient, effective and take care of problems immediately. They don't overcharge or suggest some expensive service. They are good and it is a local service. They are on time and I have never had any trouble getting a hold of them. They were neat and clean and prompt.
