Woody is AWESOME!.   We found him through Angie's List as we are a member in another state and have found it the best way to find professionals.  He was very easy to deal with, gave us great advice, and is not pushy at all.  He is very organized in helping us see the most number of condos as possible within the demographics and price range that we requested in Daytona Beach during a long weekend.  While he is based in Jacksonville, many of his sales are in the Daytona Beach area so he readily met us in Daytona whenever we needed him to.  This was a sea change experience from another Realtor we used 6-9 months previously that I found on Zillow and turned out to be a very negative experience.  Highly recommend him.

Overall, it went just fine. It was very satisfying to do business with a person who is straightforward and honest, who could anticipate problem areas, and who kept his head even when I didn't. The commission in Florida is 6%, and Woody earned it.

He sells real estate in Daytona and he also sells real estate in Jacksonville. Daytona has the most depressed market and he sold my house and found the right buyer. I really liked how he handled the sale of my condominium about 8 years ago. If he thought I needed to talk with a banking professional or certified financial advisor he would advise me to do that. I thought with my experience before that he was very trustworthy. People like him and people are impressed with him. He has a good reputation. When I freaked out about people who were interested in my house that didn't close he was very good at patiently listening to my complaining and apologized. He comforted me real well. He researched everything and found out what the problem was then relayed it back to me. He doesn't keep secrets, what he finds out then he tells me. He is very good to work with and it was a very positive experience.
