The company took down old fiberglass bathtubs and showers and replaced them with new showers. They took all of the demolished materials and left the place very clean. They were prompt, efficient, respectful, and very professional. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Workmen were on time and did not stop for lunch. From 8:45 AM -5:00 PM until they finished the job which was perfect.

What an Excellent job. We he'd these folks to remodel our master shower. From the initial contact with Representative Willie to the finishing of the project everything was was professional. Alec and Rick K arrived at the scheduled time ready to begin on our remodel, job # J-170250. The's two young men went right to work from assessing the project, making plan, executing the plan, and final cleanup. These guys were phenomenal. Thanks again for a company that does what they say. We just got new windows installed through Westshore. The installers, Craig, Rave, and Marc, were professional and courteous, and they did an amazing jobs! The caulking hasn't even dried yet, and we can already feel and see a difference! (J-160267)

Nate, Josh and Ricky, thanks for the very professional job you did to replace an old tub with a modern shower stall, not an easy task in a older mobile home. Everything from start up to clean up was done in an impressive way. I wish this company did other things I need done. Good work and thank you.

Love my new windows, the installers ( Ravi, Craig, Mark ) were awsome. When the inspectors came ,they said that this was one of the neatest and professional install that they have seen. Also want to thank my salesman Luis and all the office staff for their help through this process. Thanks Mike

The installers did an excellent job and were very efficient and courteous. They arrived on time and discussed the installation that wes planned. If modifications were needed, they discussed them with the homeowner before proceeding. Clean-up following installation was very well done and the explanation on how to use the equipment was clear and concise. Chase and Devin would be welcomed back in the future.

This is my second entrance door the West Shore has installed for me. The first door project went so well I had them replace my side garage door. From the initial consultation to having the door completely installed everything went very well. Wallace S. was my consultant and set everything up and nothing was overlooked. Excellent! The two installers "Craig and Marc (job #J-162252)" really did a great job on the door installation. Love it! To sum it up, good company that has its act together. Good friendly knowledgeable employees. Fantastic installation and a great product. Very happy...

Ernie and Nate did a great job installing our walk in shower in just one day, leaving no mess. They are both very personable and knowledgeable. I would like to Thank them and I would use West Shore Home Ocala, Florida again.

DAN C. & SHAWN R. did a good job of removing the old bathtub & installing a walk-in shower in both bathrooms. They arrived when expected and did their best to complete the job as directed. I do think the sales guy should be more involved & offer possible suggestions to the customer, & should stop in during the process. Dan & Shawn knew what they were doing and did a good job.

I am very happy with Getting so much help with my selections for my shower.. And most of all with the i Installation! Shane, Tyler, and Alec did a fantastic job! They were very polite and always cleaned up after job was finished! I would recommend this company very. Highly! Also the installers! Very respectful! I would give them 10 Stars!

West Shore Home replaced our old tub and shower with a new shower. The team of Alec and Richard K arrived on time and first viewed the work area. After some discussion and suggestions Alec contacted his manager and it was decided that someone would bring some different/additional materials for the job. Meanwhile Alec and Richard got to work. I am extremely grateful for the suggestions as I feel they made the shower perfect. I definitely give the installers five stars and the company five stars for their customer service.

Dan C and Shawn R did a terrific job of removing the old tub and surrounds, and the installed a new bright beautiful step in shower complete with two safety bars, soap dish and two shelves. The plumbing and fixtures were Moen quality. We are very happy with the installation. My husband is elderly and the old shower was dangerous. This new one is so good we can't wait to try it out. Thank you for good employees who know what they are doing.

Salesman was professional; installation reminders were timely and accurate; Both installers arrived early, and were ready to begin as promised; installers were professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and completed the entire project, including removal of all debris and waste material, prior to asking me to review their work and installation. They obtained my approval signature, as well as going over the Warranty Documents, and Care instructions. I cannot find fault with any of their or the Company's efforts, and would highly recommend this Company and these two Installers: JASON S., and LEANNA to anyone seeking a similar project.

Both Jason S and Leanna were amazing. Their work was impeccable and on a side note assisted my husband with a health emergency while I was at work. I highly recommend them and this company. I am extremely happy with the work.

I had a great a experience with installation of my windows. Craig and Marc were the installers and they were very professional & courteous. I would not hesitate to have them back to my home. My windows are beautiful, I couldn't have expected more. They cleaned up all the debris inside and outside of my home before leaving. My experience with the company has been a very good one.
