Was given 3 different install dates with last minute notice of cancellation, caused concern, that is the reason for only a 4 on customer service. The 4 rating on the value for money is because have not used the shower so will hold judgement on that category. The actual installation went well, the work crew were excellent, Anthony, Harley, and Torkel did a great job. Highly recommend these professionals, they definitely get a 5 rating.

The installers Brook & Johnny were wonderful, finished job ahead of schedule and kept everything neat & tidy the whole time! We are very happy with Westshore and itâ s staff!

Marc and Jack were super nice, polite and had great attention to detail. Cleaned everything up nicely afterwards.

Jake, Jhonny, Anthony and Harley were wonderful. Very efficient, professional and did excellent work. When the project was completed, all the mess was cleaned up, which I complimented them on doing so. Completed project is awesome!!!! Love the finished project!!

The 2 technicians/installers Cameron and Emma were excellent . Very cordial and professional. Installed the shower in a single day as mentioned they would , and left the area cleaned up which was really great . Any obsticles that they happenned upon were handled very well. The company has two great employees on their hands and hopefully the other installers are just as personable and efficient. Truly appreciated.

Shane and Johnny were great. They were on time and kept us informed of everything they were doing during the project. All of our questions were answered and our input was welcomed. It was a two day project and they worked diligently each day to finish on time. I would highly recommend them - they do great work.

The installers Zach and Marcus worked very hard installing my windows. They did three rooms upstairs and 1 room downstairs. They were very meticulous about their work and kept the area very clean. It was an all day job but before they left they explained how to remove the windows and screens and the locking mechanism.

The installers, Shane and Johnny worked hard for 10 hours straight to install my shower. They were delayed by salesman and warehouse errors, but finished the job the same day.

Salesperson Tiffany Snead was relaxed, answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed. Installers Shane G and Johnny worked as a team to complete this project in one day, even though a particularly difficult demo initially put them two hours behind schedule. They were personable, professional, and extremely patient with my mother who has Alzheimers. It is challenging in FL to find competent home remodeling folks, and the fact that they use their own people, NOT subcontractors, is what initially sold me on their business. I am thrilled with our new shower, and my mother is SO much safer now than when she was stepping into a bathtub. My sincere thank you to Tiffany, Shane G. and Johnny for a wonderful experience.

We converted our tub to a shower enclosure. Ray and Joe were very professional. When they finished, you didn't even know they were there. They left the bathroom cleaner than before. We are very, very pleased. Highly recommend the company
