Kudos to the hardest working Realtor I have ever worked with.  She was tireless in helping me find a home that met my requirements and fit in my budget.  Over the last 3 months she worked thru 7 houses I bid on before I got lucky.  She drove me all over the city and knew the neighborhoods well letting me know shopping sites and traffic patterns.  Wendy answered all my calls, never procrastinated with any tasks and never lost her smile.  When I was losing my cool she maintained her professionalism with the myriad contractors such as the listing agents, asset managers, property management teams, home inspectors, engineer, electricians, general contractors, city employees, JEA, closing attorney and me!  Wendy coordinated all meetings and made herself available for each one. She made sure I had all the documentation I needed. There was no moment when she let me down.  I ever I need to move again I will be sure to turn to Wendy.
