Weather Wise Windows & Doors

They ordered the incorrect windows and had to measure three different times. They do not call and are dishonest about when they do call. The son of the owner is not very professional and has caused several issues with the job. He has been vulgar and extremely disheartening to continue with. We will not recommend him to anyone else. The person they sub contracted to install the windows is good, but is not directly affiliated with them. I have another 25-30 windows to replace and I will simply have the sub contractor finish the work and not continue the business with Weather Wise Windows.

I have used them twice in the past and contacted them today for more new windows. Buck was very helpful and even helped me get a better deal. He and his guys always showed up on time and were quick to install. I truly trust them, which is why I'm using them for the 3rd time to replace the last of our windows.

Selected Weatherwise from other quotes on Dec 27th, 2012.  they said it should take about 4-6 weeks to get windows. Called to check on order the last week of January, was told "order was lost by manufacturer". it would be another 4 weeks for re-order. Checked back again February and was told "wrong widows" were sent they had to re-submit the order again. Mid-March called and was told "your windows are in" set up install time and date and arranged to take off from work. Day of installation, nobody showed up. I called at 11:00 am to check and was told that "my windows weren't in that it was someone else's order in the warehouse." They said they would have windows installed on or before 3/30. I told them if they didn't I wanted my $3500 deposit back and would seek legal recourse if needed. The windows were installed 3/28 & 3/29.

We were very pleased. They were reliable and came on time. We were very happy with the quality of the work.
