Auto Tires
They lied over the phone that they had the tire I specifically requested. They delayed to start the service on my car and I waited for over an hour to find out that nothing was done and that they couldn't replace the bad tire. It was the end of the day and every other store was closed at that point. It was a completely wasted day and we had to drive on a spare for another day. I was totally disgusted. When I asked to speak to the woman who lied to me on the phone, they said she was gone. I was furious!!!
