Fast and very thorough

They were excellent. They showed up on time and cleaned up well while working.

The main technician and his helper arrived and were very neat - covered the carpet with protective cardboard.  Worked at a good pace and were very polite and knowledgeable.  Took the 3 old toilets away at no charge, along with all the large packaging for the new toilets.  Would highly recommend them.

Turner Plumbing did all the work that they quoted which included, replacing the cold water line in valve, the line into the hot water heater, the hot water heater drain to the outside, as well as capping off some old lines and a drain to a previous shower. The work they performed at the home was done to satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. They were my lowest bid of 5 (the other four companies were highly ranked on this site).

Kept to his estimate & schedule. My dad isn't used to dealing with contractors, & they explained things clearly & treated him with respect. Great work, pleasant experience! Only gave a B for price because they were not the lowest bid...but that is a compliment, as you generally get what you pay for!

Mr. Turner came for the initial evaluation himself.  He listened to the problems and developed a strategy to correct the issues.  He scheduled a crew for the following week.  The crew arrived promptly at the prescribed time with the parts and expertise to do the job.  Mr. Turner (owner) came with the crew to make sure that they had a clear understanding of the job.  The two plumbers were very competent and quickly worked together to accomplish all the tasks.  They were obviously very experienced and worked carefully not to cause any damage (used drop cloths and removed shoes upon entering the house).  Outstanding job.  I would highly recommend these professionals.

They were punctual, professional and went out of their way to detect an additional problem. They worked swiftly and didn't leave until they knew that the job was done correctly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing company.

Chris came to the house just as planned the day before.  He tried using a larger snake in the island, even went on top of the roof to try to see if the problem was in the main drain since it wouldn't clear going thru the island plumbing.  He was very dilligent in trying to find the problem.We had built the island ourselves and done the plumbing a few years ago and so the layout was not the normal way.Chris was not able to fix the problem with what he had on his truck.  He left and came back later with a different machine, ran it thru and fixed it.  The cost was great for all the work and time he spent here.  I could not have been any more pleased with the service and cost.  Would HIGHLY recommend this company and especially Chris to anyone

The work was done very well on time and by a courteous plumber.  When finished I asked if there were any gaps I would need to fill under the house around the new pipes.  He answered no it was a very tight fit, so I did not go under the house to check.  2 months later I had a flood in the kitchen from my dishwasher and upon inspection found that ith hoses had been chewed by rodents.  When I checked for openings I found the installed pipe was tight in the false bottom of the sink cabinet but where the pipe came through the floor was not a tight fit but left over a 2 inch opening around the pipe.  This could have been covered so easily but it ended up costing me a dishwasher replacement of two drain hoses plus the mess of a flooded kitchen and not having a dishwasher for a week.
Why could he have not just been honest.

Turner was wonderful. They arrived on time. The quickly determined the problem and retrofitted the drainage arrangements under our kitchen sink. In doing so they were able to increase the "fall" on the line, thereby avoiding ongoing blockages. As with each time that we have used them, their pricing was more than fair.

5 star service and work. We completely gutted our 1950's bathroom and contracted the plumbing portion out to Turner. Buz came out on a Sunday to do the work write-up, then a couple days came out to tear out the old cast iron waste pipe and vent lines. We did some more work, then they came back out to re run all the new plumbing. Dave and Brice (the team that did the work) were so nice, efficient and clean. They not only took out the debris we left in the bathroom, they swept the dining room and hallway before they left. The price was reasonable and the office was responsive and helpful. I will use Turner for the rest of our remodel work to come.

I will keep Turner at the top of my list for all future plumbing issues.  I've just recently moved to the area and I've had some bad experiences with repair work.  "Mike" the on call guy was dispatched out to my house within 30 minutes of calling, and diagnosed the hidden and mysterious leak under my kitchen sink quickly.  As a female it can be intimidating inviting a stranger into your home for repairs.  Mike was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing.  The price was very reasonable.  I will definitely use them again.    

They were great.  They even took their shoes off when they entered the house, I was very pleased with them.  They could have charged me to come back out but they were willing to try and help me fix the issue over the phone.

Two individuals showed up and got right to work unclogging drains and installing new hardware in bathrooms and the kitchen.  I walked them through the list of tasks once, and within a few hours, the work was done and everything was back in place and cleaned up, only newer and better.  Very pleasant people, and I was very happy with the cost, as well as the work.

We had a leak and I called them on a Saturday morning and they came out that same day because we had a leak so it was considered a emergency service. The guy was able to identify and fix the leak within an hour or an hour and a half.

There were two things and they did it in less than an hour.  When I have called, they have been on time and they will let me ask questions, so that I don’t have to call them next time.  I have been very happy; they have been a really good company.

I called Turner Plumbing, the dispatcher rerouted a plumber to come help me immediately.  He arrived in 20 minutes, had the necessary parts on his truck, fixed the toilet, cleaned up and left within an hour. I was very pleased with the service.

I used this company and the service was great! I have already recommended them to a friend and they have used them as well. They had to give a temporary fix because they didn't have the part but they came back the next day to permanently fix the issue. They even did this on the weekend and didn't charge me an extra fee.

Excellent!  Arrived on time, quick diagnostic exam and then the removal/replacement.  Cleaned up and were done in far less than 2 hours.

Their prices were reasonable.  They came when they said they were going to come and they worked around my schedule.  They cleaned up after themselves and they met all their deadlines.  I will definitely use them again in the future if I need to.
