We began in 1971 as a friendly, family-run business. More than 45 years later, that’s still who we are. The technology may change, but our commitment to our neighbors never will. He scraped off the best he could the small mud nests, but explained how the wasps secret acid to build them that leaves a residue that can't be removed. That was good to know, guess we'll just have to paint over them in the spring.

They came very highly recommended. I had a few issues with them canceling appointments and scheduling and stuff in the beginning, but I think they are alright. The head of some department called me and everything got taken care of. They did get back and as soon as they realized we were having problems they got it corrected. We have an annual contract with them.

During their yearly inspection, they look for termites on the inside walls by tapping the baseboard of the entire house, inspect bathrooms for moisture, the garage interior, and the outside of the house to note problems and make improvement recommendations. They have suggested that we keep mulch 1 foot away from the structure, exterior windows and door re-caulked yearly and install gutters.
However, the reason why I am writing this review is because 6 months ago they found termites in the front of one of the houses. The service provider immediately initiated the paperwork to have the inside wall opened to determine damage. We had termite damage behind the brick wall in the front of the house. The drywall was removed, the wooden wall studs/support were changed, and upon completion we had a new wall with no evidence of termite. The work was thorough and the paint color was matched to original color. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism, superior customer care, and knowledge. We highly recommend them for their integrity.
