Traditions has a beautiful tile selection. I worked with Terry Caito, and she was great in understanding what I wanted and giving me various price point options. Terry has wonderful design sense and a good eye for detail. She sketched out her design for our shower for our contractor and provided me with invaluable opinions concerning not just the tile, but also counter top and paint selection. She saved me a lot of time with her quick, decisive advice, and I recommend her highly.

They were very helpful. We have an odd color cabinet and we had to pick out a tile that looked good with it. It took about a year to pick out the right tile. Everything else looked dark but they were very helpful. We went to just about everywhere else. The tile was very comparably priced. They made sure that we had the tile that matched our cabinet. They were very willing to give us samples for free to take home and match them up to our cabinets. Not only that, a lot of places wouldn't let us do that. There was no pressure at all. They wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Their punctuality was great because they had to fly it in. They had their designer come out and talk to us. They have an excellent selection.
