They did a good job on the termite treatment at a fair price. They have made extra trips out to spray my lawn without me even calling, as I am a new customer and we are still trying to get my turf under control.

Very well! we have been utilizing Trads for the past several month's and have been very pleased with their service. They come out as often as needed to improve the quality of the lawn, and they provide good advice on next steps needed from the home owner. We will be adding the Sedge coverage next - just another service offered by Trads. We utilized Massey previously, and Trads has been a significant improvement.

I've used them for 10 years and have been pleased with the service. My yard always looks nice and I've never had to re sod. Weeds? What weeds! If they do appear a call to Trads gets a man out next day. No extra cost for this service. It's rare that additional weed control is nessary. Follow their instructions and save your yard.

We had a year long plan, which culminated in my weeds being eradicated and the grass filling in. Any time I need them to come by, or specifically for the manager to come by, they do so very willingly. There's a reason I've been with them for a dozen years and it's their treatment of me and my yard according to my specific needs. It's not to say issues don't arise. It's just that when they do, Trad's is responsive to my satisfaction.

Trad's has turned the bill over to Professional Services Bureau, a debt collection agency. We are disputing the bill.

I have been using Trads for a few years now to fertilize but I noticed that my lawn was never as full and green as most of my neighbors. It was very patchy and did not look healthy. (I am on a good watering schedule). When I called Trads they were very responsive and came out immediately to fertilize with extra treatments. The lawn definitely looks better but is still not 100 percent. I think they may use watered down chemicals with their regular treatments because my lawn has looked so poor for so long. As soon as they started applying the extra treatments, the lawn immediately looked better. In my opinion, they should be using the proper fertilization in the first place. I will stay with Trads for now since they are very friendly and professional but if my lawn starts to look unhealthy again, I will need to find another company to fertilize.

"When we read this review we checked the lawn and spoke to [member name removed]. Her lawn was in need of extra fertilizer and this was applied as per her service. We were working on her lawn issues in May and so we were surprised when she gave us a negative. It takes time to work through issues with plants and grass is a plant. [member name removed] acknowledged the lawn is looking much better and is happy, and we acknowledged to her that we will continue to work on the issues until they are resolved. This is how Trad's service works and the reason service calls are included. Regarding the comments about diluting our products, nothing could be further from the truth. Our Manager spoke to [member name removed] about this directly and offered to demonstrate how we measure our products. We have tight controls surrounding our products to ensure they are used properly. Products for routine services are premeasured by a Manager and we measure to the full rate. We look forward to continuing working with [member name removed] and all our customers. We will gladly demonstrate our procedure regarding products to any of our customers."

Trad's visited for a few months. June of 2013 my tenant, in the home in question, said Trad's hadn't come out. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid for June of 2013. July of 2013, a Trad's employee came to my house, put a sticker on my house saying the service had been done and returned to his car. I was home and actually watched him do this. I sent an email to Trad's informing them I wouldn't pay for July and I no longer wished to use their service. By the end of July of 2013 the fire ants were so bad that I still have scars on my right foot from wearing sandals in my back yard. There was no response from the company to my email. No one came out from their company again but I continued to get overdue statements for the July service. It is now in the hands of a collection agency that now claims that Trad's performed services through the end of 2013. That is a completely fraudulent statement and now I'm going to have a ding on my credit because Trad's business model involves phantom services for which they bill people.

"Ms. [member name removed] signed for three Fire Ant treatments, to be done Spring, Summer and Fall, in Janue 2013, at the cost of $204.00 per year. We pro-rated the cost over one year so the monthly charge was $17.00. According to our product records and GPS records, all three treatments were properly applied. Unfortunately, Ms. [member name removed] only made 8 monthly payments. We sent many letters and bills requesting payment but did not hear from Ms. [member name removed]. Despite this, a Trad's Manager has contacted Ms. [member name removed] twice this week and asked permission to check the property for fire ants and treat. We would like to know if there are fire ants present or if there are other biting ants. Ms. [member name removed] has not responded."

This was my first visit to Trad's, it had been recommended to me by several friends. I needed help putting together the soil for my 1st raised vegetable bed. The young man that assisted me spent quite a while answering all of my questions about soil and mulch, helped me calculate the amount I was going to need and arranged a convenient delivery time for my purchases. The next day, a very cheerful delivery driver showed up at my house and not only put everything where I asked him to, but he also offered some useful advice on ground covers I hadn't thought of. My peas, carrots and tomatoes are now happily growing in Trad's proprietary potting mix and Trad's has earned a loyal future customer.

The lawn inspector noticed some problems with my lawn and stated that he would be back once my fertilizing schedule was implemented this month. He said that he would use a broadcast spreader for fertilization because a backpack is only used for spot weed treatment. I have sedge weeds in the lower quarter of my lawn which started last year and I attribute that to the inefficiencies of the other Trads "technicians" who had come out. The weeds are only in the lower portion of my lawn where they did not treat properly. Now they want to charge me extra to treat the sedge weeds which were caused by having too thin a lawn in that area.
I have had some other issues with the treatment of my lawn but I always thought that they could be resolved. The lawn is now looking the worst it has ever looked. Only because of the ONE HONEST person in this organization have I come to realize why I have the lawn problems.
Without some miraculous change in the way they respond , I do not foresee a long relationship with this company.
I thought I could trust them to do a good job and now realize that I was not told the truth.
Where's the pride in wanting to do a good job and having a lasting company reputation ?

"Thank you. We contacted [member name removed] on 04/14/14 and are in the process of resolving his issues. The lawn has been re-treated and Trad's can confirm the whole lawn has been treated in the past. There was some confusion regarding what is normally treated with a backpack (weeds in between routine treatments) and what is normally treated with a tank truck (routine treatments and disease). We will be rechecking this lawn at the end of the month for improvement."

Mr. Clark was exceptionally good. I have an off grade home, and he noticed some wood rot in one of my beams. He informed me about it, as well as informing me of the consequences of leaving it untreated. He didn't offer to replace it and he didn't proffer the names of anyone who could - which further enhances my view of him as an honest man who takes pride in what he does.
