Total Improvements

"This customer never tried to contact us regarding the exterior painting. Our numbers are the same numbers we provided to her. She had ask if we wanted to install a screen door where her own sons did a poor job of framing a side door in. Total Improvements declined the work. I worker of our and the customer agreed that he would do it. I informed both of them that it was not a Total Improvement job and it would be between the two of them and us. I do know the work was started on the door and never finished due the not all the parts being present. The customer had the screen laying in the garage and did not know where all parts were. She did not want to get a new door nor pay to have her door framed properly. That was why we did not except the work for our company. As far the painting goes this is the first ihave heard about the painting. The front door was an old stained door that needed to be replaced. she did not want to replace but wanted them painted, i informed her that there may be trouble with the paint. The doors were painted and everthing was great no problems as with all our paint jobs. we would have gone back if called or written too, t never repeat never received a call or letter about the paint. we painted hundreds of homes with no problems . Once again we told her about the door and we are not sure about the windows trim. She did look close i myself looked closely and it was good job a we do. Once again as regard the door on the garage that was not a total improvement job. FINALLY WE PAINTED HER WATER SHED FOR FREE AND GAVE HER A LARGE DISCOUNTED PRICE ON REPLACING THE T-11 AND PAINTING WORK THAT WE DID. SHE ASK WE REDUCE OUR PRICE AND WE DID SO. WE WOULD HAVE GONE BACK OUT TO REPAIR PAINTING IF WE WERE CONTACED BUT NEVER WERE WE CONTACTED BY PHONE OR LETTER AND WE ARE STILL IN BUSINESS AT BOTH TELEPHONE AND ADDRESS. SO DO NOT COMPLAIN IF YOU NEVER ASK US TO RETURN ABOUT PAINTING WHEN YOU NEVER DID. ASK ABOUT THE DOOR AND I TOLD YOU THAT WAS BETWEEN YOU AND WORKER AND YOU NEVER PAID FOR THE WORK ON DOOR SO HOW CAN THE CUSTOMER COMPLAIN ABOUT SOMETHING NEVER HAD PAID FOR."
