Description of Work: Our septic pump broke. Tillman came out, replaced the pump, installed new risers to replace our old, broken concrete lids, and pumped out our tank. We were very pleased with the work and value.

Description of Work: Septic pumping and inspection. Service was on target and folks were very friendly. Only issue was price went up from quote due extra tank. Understand the need, just didn't know about amount of increase in the cost prior to receiving the bill after service performed.

Description of Work: Had 2 septic tanks pumped out. Both had not been pumped out in over 15 years. Sent a message to Angie's list on Sunday afternoon and got a call early on Monday morning. They scheduled us a call for the next day, on Tuesday morning. They were early and very professional and did a good job. Would definitely recommend them to everyone else. They were done in approx. an hour.

 + -1 moreI called Tillman Septic Service yesterday to arrange for service. The crew arrived today a little earlier than scheduled but courteously called giving us an hour's warning that they were running ahead. Their equipment was bright and clean. The crew was not dressed in uniforms but clearly appropriately for working out in the hot, humid Florida weather. They went right to work pumping out the tank and also breaking up and cleaning out years of sludge buildup. They spotted a spot near the top of the tank that needed some repair and took care of that for us, too, for another $50.00 which was certainly reasonable. While I might have saved a few bucks with another company, I was had confidence in Tillman because of the straight "A" ratings for this company on Angie's list. I certainly was not disappointed. I believe I got service that was of first-rate quality and value. The crew was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They explained everything they were doing as they did it. They will be my go-to folks from now on.
Description of Work: Septic Tank Pump-out. The Crew pumped out the tank, took time to break up years of sludge build-up and fixed a minor problem with the tank that required patching some deteriorated concrete.

Description of Work: These gentlemen pumped out our septic tank. They called ahead of time, were there on time, spent approximately 1 and 1/2 hours at the most, and were very helpful with any questions I had.
