Chris Arnett came out quickly and provided me a fair estimate on the same day. Louis, Bryant and the team leader George Gardner were punctual, thorough and professional. The house looks better than when I moved in. I plan on moving to Mandarin this month and plan on hiring them for all needed work in the new house as well. Couldn't be any more pleased with a company than I am with the Painting Craftsmen.

"It was a pleasure doing business with you! Thank you for all of the time we spent talking about and planning your project. I am sorry you found our prices to be a little high. We are always striving to remain competitive however our prices tend to be on the higher end due to the time spent on each job, the quality that goes into every paint job as well as the fact that unlike other painting companies, we are fully insured, we do not use subcontractors, and all of our employees are covered by workers compensation. This may add additional expense to our services, however we know our customers are more comfortable knowing their home is protected and that the quality of the work they will receive is second to none."
The work was done primarily by George Gardner and Bryant Baker. We have had problems for years with leaks into our screen room around the fireplace. George and Bryant took the challenge of stopping the leaks very personal and worked for more than a week to provide a permanent fix, including removing rotted wood and shingles from previous unprofessional and unsuccessful attempts by other contractors. As of this date (08Sep15), the leaks are gone!
The painting and minor wood repairs to the rest of the house were professionally done and look great. With the lighter color we selected for the house, we wanted to de-emphasize the garage door. George took the time to mix different shades until we found one we liked. We felt this was going above and beyond the norm and reflected his desire to do more than just complete a job.
We deeply appreciate the customer service provided by Michele and Chris. And we give special thanks to George and Bryant for spending so much time on the roof in the boiling hot sun to repair the leaks. These people are the best!!

Exterior and interior team are exactly what they advertise: CRAFTSMEN. Precise. Patient. Experts in their fields. Employed this group for more than 15-work days and have not been disappointed.
Returned for touch-up work as promised. Courteous. They listen with two ears and understand what the customer wants. A bit pricey, but worth it. Quality.
