Had an Inspector come out and provided a verbal quote of what was to be done to remove an unwanted animal living under my house. Paid for the service in full and was told that the agreement would be emailed and I would receive a call to schedule. Was never called for scheduling, found out when I set up my account online when it was scheduled which I had to change because I work. Never received the quote/agreement even after calling 3 different times. On the day of the service, got a call with only 1.5 hrs. left in their work day from the technician saying he would be at the home in 35 min. I asked if he was going to be able to get the work done in one day coming so late and when he started to tell me what he was going to do I explained that wasn't the service I paid for. When I told him what I was told was to be done, he said he was a manager and that he couldn't do what I was describing for what I paid, he would have to charge more. The conversation escalated and he finally said he wasn't coming at all, he was cancelling my service. I called the sales agent who verified that what I paid for was what we had discussed and he said he would call me back. No call backs, still waiting for a refund and I still have something living under my house. I wouldn't recommend Terminix to anyone unless they want to be lied to, cheated out of thousands of dollars and then discarded like trash. Shame on the Jacksonville, FL branch for putting this type of light on the Terminix name. Never will I do business with them again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would ! I just moved to the north side of Jacksonville . I had no idea that rodents were real until I moved over here. I called terminex to help me out , got my free inspection where they confirmed rodent activity & signed me up for a contract which costs me $100 quarterly. Each time they have came out they have not treated my house for rats . They have only been dusting for spider webs but are taking my money !! I called customer service and was told a supervisor can only take call backs but no one ever calls me backs and the problem is continuing to get worse !!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !! SAVE YOUR MONEY !! YOURE BETTER OFF DOING IT YOURSELF !!!

Terminix has always done a good job for us. Since we hired them we seldom have any insects or spiders and when we do they handle it. They also do our termite prevention.

What ever you do don’t sign up for Terminix guarantee money back service plan. They were not able to resolve my pest issues and when i called to cancel my service and ask for my $85 to be cleared the company refused to clear the charge. I paid 85 for 3 months of service i cancelled 30 days later. I gave this company a year to resolve my issues. After 10 calls later the company has still not refunded my money. So remember the service sucks and there is really no guarantee money back this is a bait and switch.

They come out quarterly. I love their new technology, they will schedule a day with you and give you a range when they are coming and text when they are on their way. I used them for years but they got expensive. I had silver fish and they couldn't seem to eliminate the problem.

I liked their service. I liked how they explained things to me and the deal that they gave me and the regular every three or four months that they'll come out and spray and keep it going without any hassles. The only thing is I called them once on the telephone and once online. I've not heard back from them. I want to respray because they had not controlled the pests yet. It cut back on it, but not to the extent it needs to be done. They've done a good job, and I would check them out if I was you.

They come quarterly. They don't do interior, and that is why I will be going with another company. They only do exterior. 

They had one specialist who was really good, but he left the company. I was not happy after he left, so I am going to stop using them. For responsiveness, they always called before coming. 

They can use more informed technicians. 

I will not use them again.

I've been using them for months. There was one person that came out to complete the service. They come and spray the outside when no one is even here. It take about 30 minutes maybe. They're pretty good about coming in if I need them ahead of time to spray. They would come in and spray what I ask them to.

They come out every 3 months but they are due now. I say they are pretty good.  It is not excellent but it is pretty good. It's about $90 for every 3 months. With Terminx, I don't have any bad experience. They'll do what you ask them to while they are here. You say, you want them to do another area, they'll do that or they'll come back during the month if you are not satisfied. That part is good. Like every body they keep going up another dollar. The price isn't bad. Their quality is fine. I haven't dropped them yet. The reason why I haven't is because they let me pay monthly. I was about to drop them but I pay $29 a month and that's almost $90 but instead of paying one charge. A lot of times it is pretty hard so it is easy for me to pay along.

I used the first 800 number found here on this site. It is a phone line for Angie's List members. The call was answered promptly and spoke with a live person immediatley. Her customer service was great. I explained the issue with the dead bugs located inside our house, and she scheduled a technician based on my availability. For that scheduled day, the estimated time would be 1-3PM. The technician, Mike, arrived a few minutes after 1PM which was great. He was courteous and was very knowledgable in his trade of work. Mike checked the issue and determined they were carpenter ants, and since they were dead no course of action was needed. He checked the interior and exterior of home to insure there was no water damage or others issues that would attract these bugs. The ants were using our property as a path between two other neighbors. Also, We recently purchased this home and the previous owners have had the termite bond for almost 20 years with Terminix. They transferred the bond to us and we will continue to keep the bond with this company as long as we own this house.
