The entire process was an excellent experience. Very professional. Not pushy on the sale. We had immediate updates once the decision to go with Tadlock was decided by each manager of the job. They kept us informed of everything from start to finish. The workers did their best to keep the perimeter of the house tarped off to catch as much debris as possible. The job was completed in two days so they were in and out without having the driveway tied up very long. The only negative I could think of was that no one on the work crew could speak English so communication was not possible. Overall, I would highly recommend them.

Tadlock Roofing made this process so very easy. They did everything they said they would do and went above and beyond. Their crew was very hard working and stayed focused on the task at hand. They are all very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Everyone from Tadlock did a Great job. From the Administrative folks in the Tallahassee office through the local Management and Production folks in Jacksonville to the on site Roofers were organized, responsive, polite, efficient and productive.

Tadlock Roofing Company is Excellent! After speaking with several roofing companies for quotes and service agreements I chose Tadlock ! The representative for the company Stephen Presutti was professional, Polite and knew his stuff ! He was able to answer all of the questions i asked after much research i had done on the project. When I had to leave the state because of an emergency for a month, upon my return , I called Steve. He was able to assure me that the project could be completed in a timely manner with no changes in the prior warranty and cost. The project was completed, the debris was cleaned up, and a minor concern I had was addressed by the project foreman immediately. The entire process was smooth and done professionally and reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement.

Tadlock did a complete reroof of my house in May of 2020. They were excellent. I had a leak in a upstairs room after the roof job. They came out the same day I called them and investigated the problem. The issue was unrelated to the roof and was the result of a broken vent pipe. Despite this they still trouble shot the problem and repaired it at no cost to me. I would highly recommend this responsive professional and friendly company. I can't believe this company has an A rating. My insurance company hired them so I have no idea how much money they were paid. They replaced my old roof and ripped down all the gutters even though some were less than 3 years old. The workers left tar marks all over the stucco walls, ac unit, walkway, and driveway. It took over a month for the company that Tadlock hired to replace my gutters to finally come out and the work has not been completed. The company was suppose to return to finish the job but has not. It's been over 2 weeks and my house is not complete. The gutters that the company started are not even the correct color match and I was never even asked about an option of what goes on the house. Lawsuit is pending.

We had the roof damaged by hail. "Tadlock Roofing" put a new roof on our house in LPGA area, Daytona Beach, FL. I want to give them our best appreciation and highest review possible. I strongly recommend them to any one needs a good, clean, serious, and solid roof job done. They worked with our insurance smoothly and quickly and the insurance agent was very pleased. Tadlock agent came to us and present us all options, including the one we pay nothing except the deductible to insurance. We have chosen to improve a little the quality of shingles and also to add a good underlayment so we paid a little extra. The agent gave us all books and samples and explained by and large, took his time. They call every time before they come to your house. They would come to our house every time I need them for extra questions. They actually got a lot of contracts in my area of houses. After we finished paper work, we had a clear time schedule and a clear phone number, person and address to keep in touch or update anything. The workshop was extremely fast and clean. They brought that huge dumpster one day before, then they brought the team to take out old roof. Working quickly yet quality, seriously and hard. I am a handy man myself, I did a lot of repair and improvement for my homes, but at 62 I would go up there, 2 stories to change the whole roof. What I am saying is I know when the work is quality and good and serious and when is just a quick shallow thing. These guys were rock-and-roll. Not too much into talking, more working. Not too much vibrations and noise inside, they have excellent tools, actually pretty new and good stuff. Their manager extremely serious person. He kept coming I'd say every 2 hours during the whole duration of the work to check to discuss, he went on the roof , staid there a lot, took pictures, and come back, call, talk to me, write notes etc. He knew his team, he picked them very carefully. Then they brought the new shingles with a huge truck crane and loaded them on the roof with a state of the art, very modern remote control system. The new roof took 1 day and a half and we have a big one with a lot of wired surfaces. I could see very well how the team worked when they roofed the lanai (porch, balcony) whose roof i could see from above, from my 2nd floor. fast but correct, and again highly professional. careful, they sealed everything around the walls. Every time I had a question the manager of the team either answer the phone or came by and gave me full details. They finish, clean up everything to perfection, next day they took the dumpster. The roof stand 2-3 inspections from them, from the state, from the insurance and God knows where else from, and all were satisfied. I have a lot of samples, photos, diagrams, pans from them, very generous in details. Now I wait for the gutters team. The lady at the phone at the company very kind and nice and she knew all details to perfection. A real pleasure, satisfaction and relief to work with them. All together, extremely satisfied from paper to cleaning. I strongly recommend the company and their team and managers. Thank you Tadlock! It went pretty good. I picked out the shingles that I liked at their office. They took off the old shingles. And laid the new brown walnut shingles. They even fixed my carport.

Great. Work was done in a timely fashion at reasonable cost.

We're very happy with all services performed. Tadlock personnel were extremely helpful from the 1st phone call to the last handshake. The quality and craftsmanship of their work is top notch, and all services we're promptly performed. All work was executed flawlessly, without a single incident of incompetence. Pricing was fair and competitive for the region. Their follow up to ensure customer satisfaction was sincere and genuine.

the product is excellent. the application was excellent. the salesman, Jason, was excellent. the general manager was excellent. the office personnel was excellent. our only glitch was with communication with middle management. we made them aware of the issue. they were addressing it with very sincere apologies and in the end they made good on all promises.

When I agreed to have them do the job they told me it would be a 3 week wait. After 5 weeks I called them and inquired when they were going to fix my roof. They apologized and said they would do the repair in 2 days .Three days later I called and asked why they hadn't fixed my roof another apology and they promised to come the following Saturday. I called on Monday and asked why they didn't come to fix my rood . I received another apology and a promise they would repair my roof the following day and they gave me 10% off the cost of the repair for failing to show up as promised. They repaired the roof and did an excellent job.

9/16/17 Tadlock Roofing Sales Consultant [Travis Stroble] reviewed damaged area and provided initial estimate to repair damage [$1850.00]. 10/20/17 Tadlock Roofing [Travis Stroble] reduced initial estimate to $1038.00, after discussions relating to possible improper installation of chimney chase cover by Tadlock Roofing [during roof installation, completed in Aug. of 2017]. We e-mailed our insurance Claim Resolution to Travis Stroble. 10/23/17 Signed work completion documents [Notice of Commencement and Lien Law Document] provided to Tadlock Roofing [Ashley Allen, Admin. ***’t]. We were to be notified of scheduled work date. 11/23/17 Reported leak in roof [to living room] to Tadlock Roofing. Tadlock Roofing Production Manager [David Cornelius] indicated he’d try to have a representative view the leak issue on 11/24/17. 11/24/17 [about 5:35 PM] David Cornelius phoned and indicated that a representative would be out on the following Monday, mid-morning. 11/27/17 [about 4PM] David Cornelius arrived at house, surveyed the possible leak issue, and reviewed the potential roof repair area. Repair work day to be determined. 11/30/17 [about 11:55 AM] We contacted David Cornelius, who indicated work to be scheduled for next Wednesday, 12/4/17 [between 12 PM– 2 PM]. He asked for us to contact him on 12/4, to remind him. 12/4/17 [about 11:25 AM] We contacted David Cornelius to remind him of scheduled work for 12/6/17. 12/6/17 [about 1:30 PM] We contacted David Cornelius, who indicated that he’d been responding to a Tadlock emergency, and had forgotten about our work. He rescheduled for 12/7, about lunch time. 12/7/17 [about 1:30 PM] We left a phone message for David Cornelius. He responded [about 1:35 PM], and indicated that we’d need to reschedule for tomorrow, in the morning, due to rain today. 12/8/17 [about 11:55 AM] David Cornelius contacted us and indicated that we’d need to again reschedule, due to weather concerns. Look for work to be done on following Monday [12/11/17], about lunch time. 12/11/17 David Cornelius arrived about Noon. He completed: replacement of three metal tiles, and surveying of associated areas for other damage or repair needs. He cleaned up excess materials and departed our house about 2:40 PM. 12/14/17 Invoice provided by Tadlock Roofing [Jessica Burney, Office Manager]. Summary: Long delay time between initial estimate and actual repair work caused by other roofing repair jobs in queue [post-hurricane Irma]. All Tadlock Roofing representatives were friendly and professional. Final repair cost [$1038.00] seems excessive, for replacing three metal roofing tiles, which we provided to the repair person.

The workers that came did a wonderful job. The sales consultant was a professional, looked all through the roof and explained everything in detail. The only thing was, do to the hurricane, we all had, they did take a long time to respond to my request and to sent the workers over to do the work.

Tadlock let me know there was a high volume of calls due to the hurricane. Despite that, they quickly sent someone out to my home to look at the damage. Someone came (before a Nor'easter) to provide a temporary patch. A repair team was assigned and came to my home for final repairs. They called prior to coming to give me advanced notice. I am very pleased with the work.

Fine, fast, efficient, polite.......we have to wait for long long saturating rain to make sure it is watertight, so far everything is good. The repair looks good all new tiles match since the roof is only 2 years old.

Never used them since they failed to provide a quote

We are waiting to hear back from them after the recent storm. We have a home warranty on our roof and called them when we noticed an issue. It is a brand new roof less than a year old. They came out to look at it about two weeks ago and we have no heard from them since...

It went perfectly. two hours after the job was finished it poured down rain. No leaks then and no leaks three months later. Very pleased with work, service and attentiveness to detail. Price was $300 less than competitors too.

They gave me a quote and time they would come do the job And I am still waiting

I cannot say enough great things about Tadlock Roofing in Jacksonville. The buyer for a house I had listed wanted to close in 21 days. The inspection revealed some minor roof damage that needed to be addressed in order to close. After calling 8 roofing companies Tadlock Roofing came through and let us close on time! Five months after Hurricane Matthew the other companies could not send an estimator out for 2 weeks or were not even doing small repairs because they were too busy with full roof replacements. The office manager, Nicole, was a great help in coordinating the job. So too was the Sales Consultant, Dan, who met me at the house the day after my initial call. He even did a minor repair on the spot! As luck would have it, it was raining the day the repairs were scheduled. Nonetheless David, the Repair Coordinator, completed the repairs anyway. Their cost for this job was very reasonable. If anybody in my brokerage firm asks for a roofing referral I know who will be my only recommendation.

I was satisfied with the inspection; however, this is a free service provided by this company, and I was charged $75.00 by Angie's List.

I had some communication issues and the company was just so big and there had been a hurricane in Florida and they were covered up and we just had some communication issues and you guys addressed it, they've addressed it and I don't have any further problem.

Excellent with workers being on time and getting the job done.
