excellent product and excellent installation. may have been slightly more than other estimates but, as always, you only get what you pay for. excellent material used, excellent gate (which usually is the first problem point). would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Contacted them. Was advised that someone would go to our property to measure the following week. I waited until end of week and sent email to Michelle Prescott to see if anyone went and how much it would be and until today have not heard from them. lAlso was advised that I would have to go to Clay County and get my own license to do fencing and found out it is something the fencing company should do.

I loved everything about the job with the exception of their communication. Was tod they would arrive about 11:00. After no communication from them I called at 12:30 for an ETA. I was placed on hold while the girl who answered the phone was going to reach out to the installer. After 10 minutes on hold I hung up and called back. They acted like I hadn't called but this time did reach the installer. He fiinally arrived at 2:45.

Prompt estimate performed, services explained. Scheduler coordinated with an expedited date, and confirmed date again. Crew punctual and professional and efficient. Creative fence workaround two old trees and neighbor's abutting chainlink fence. Beautifully level across the top despite change in terrain. Total clean-up and removal of old fence and construction debris. Mindful of nearby shrubbery and garden plants. Robert and Murphy were delightful to have around. "You get what you pay for!

This company was the first in a long line of estimates that would not build the fence we wanted even though their website showed pictures of the fence we wanted. We live on a slope towards a Lake and wanted the bottom to match slope and top to be level with roof lines for aesthetics. plus build altering heights panels for the views but to block out neighbors (think of stair steps) with the street front having lattice. We also wanted cap and fascia. They said the pretty pictures were from the south Florida branch and they don’t build those up here. We had a spec sheet but couldn’t get the salesman to understand. My husband works in procurement and knows how to detail out contracts and communicate. He asked the salesman to have his manager call and was promised he would. Never heard back. They, like so many others, make their money by slapping together as many standard fences as they can. No craftsmanship at all and as a result, Jacksonville is filled with cookie cutter ugly unfinished-looking fences. If you want a standard fence, they’d be ok. Their quote for what they would do was about $2000 higher than competitors.

Superior installed my fence fours ago, a full year over their warranty. I had a problem with an eight foot section and called Superior. Their Warranty inspection person made an appointment and made an on time arrival. Superior fixed the problem, about an hour thirty minutes and furnished the materials. Cost to me - $0. This is why they are called Superior!

I had over 300 lf of board on board wood fence installed..including 2 double gates and 2 single gates. Product and workmanship both exceptional. Jason and his crew were outstanding and very professional...took 2 plus days to install and all was completed as agreed upon. Price might be a little higher but the end result was truly worth it. My backyard looks amazing and I would highly recommend!

Superior fence installed black aluminum fence with two gates in my backyard. Ernesto and the guys were absolutely professional and explained every step of the install process. As they installed the fence they ensured I was happy with the location of the gates and the install. They professionally answered questions from my neighbor. The guys were great with my puppy and enjoyed watching him run free for the first time in his yard. I would absolutely recommend Superior Fence.

So far we love it, john help us so much since the beginning of the sale and guide us with what we need and stay in budget. When they came to install it they were really fast and as well any questions that we had they targeted pretty well. My dogs, my husband and me love it!!

Towards the end of 2017, I met with Ralph Barden for an estimate to fence a portion of our backyard and add two gates. Ralph was wonderful, understanding and personable. In January, Micah, Don, Devin and Jeff M. installed our fencing and gates. They worked hard and did a fantastic job. Professional and friendly crew. I met with Ralph again in May to obtain another estimate to fence the balance of our yard. Our second crew, Tim, Edner, Edwyn and Casey arrived early and completed the project very timely. Once again, a professional and friendly crew. Great experience all the way around!

The quality of work was very good. The guys were respectful. My neighbor had used them for a custom fence and so we hired them as they came highly recommended but they did warn us that he was hard to get in touch with, which he was. While he was here installing the fence my next door neighbor hired him as well and another neighbor wanted to hire him and called several times to schedule them for a job. If you can get on their schedule I HIGHLY recommend their work and their price was reasonable.

The man who did the estimate was courteous, punctual and professional. The actual fence was excellent but two major problems. When finished I was handed part of a tall sprinkler which was part of my sprinkler system saying they accidently broke it into. Nothing about what they would do to pay for or repair their damage. The sprinkler was 3 or 4 feet from the fence. In addition after they left found they had broken large piece off a $100 concrete planter also 3 or 4 feet from fence that they had to know they had broken but nothing said to me. Even bigger problem was dumpster that they said would be gone by noon on day of work. We had discussed only in drive way if they were sure it would be moved by 4:00 at latest. When they left at 3:30 I was told it would be moved next morning. Explained that wouldn't work as my car was blocked in garage and I had a 5:00 appointment. Additionally my wife was getting home at 5:30 and wouldn't be able to get into garage. 3 phones call were made all with promises to move dumpster but not moved until late morning next day. Wife's car had to sit on street all night and I missed important appointment. Additionally when dumpster finally moved the vehicle pulling the dumpster had gone into yard crushing three additional sprinkler heads. The damage was written on final bill but never contacted not even to apologize

They did a fabulous job and quality of fence is much better than using panels. Quote and installation done in a timely manner. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again.

It went very well. They told me it would only take a day, and they were done mid afternoon. We decided to go with a vinyl fence, and it is beautiful. The only complaint I had, and I didn’t dwell on it, but they did not clean up all the stuff off my driveway.

it went great; the only issue was my gate would not close after the install. i called on a monday to report the issue and someone was here tuesday to fix it. i would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My experience was excellent...the gentleman giving the estimate was helpful and gave some excellent advice. The installation group was friendly and walked me through each step of the installation. I would definitely hire or refer them to friends and family...

It was an extremely pleasant experience from sale to completion. I was impressed with everyone. Renee who was my office contact and coordinator was always available and helpful. Rick, my salesman, made a couple trips after I signed to discuss issues that came up after the hurricane. I wish I knew names of all involved in installation to thank for a pleasant and impressive job well done.
