Called to cancel only 30 minutes before the appointment, said they'd try to get me in the following week, never heard from them again. They did the plumbing on this new house, which seems to be good, so I will give them credit for that.

My outside drain was backed up, so I called Sunshine State. Very professional, knocked the job out within an hour; Had to call them back less than 48 hours as my drain backed up again due to my wife's negligence, they came back for NO CHARGE! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

They arrived on time. They explained what they were doing. They gave me advice about what parts to purchase and which ones were high quality but least expensive. I haven't had any problems with the work they did. The overall price was very upfront and there were no hidden surprises.
