They repaired my garage roof 4 or 5 years ago and I was completely satisfied. This last contact in or about July 2014 to repair fallen tree damage to the same garage, I was not happy with the rep who came to do an estimate. He was a fast talker and did not call or email me as he stated he would. I had to make frequent follow up calls. He stated how much he hated insurance companies and that he would have another person provide an inflated quote just for insurance purposes. That statement made me cautious. I chose to go with an individual not part of Angie's list. Turns out, that wasn't a good decision either.

They were excellent. They were Johny on the spot and their price was extremely reasonable because we got 4 estimates. He was here when he said he was going to be here and the work was finished in about 3 days. They were right on. They were very punctual and professional. I would recommend them.

The gentleman who came out for the estimate was very friendly. He was upfront and honest about all the work but we ended up doing it ourselves.

Brad from Stonebridge came and gave us an estimate before we closed on our house. He was on time, professional, and very honest about what did and did not need to be done. Another company let us know we had a double roof on part of our house and it would be additional to take off. When we mentioned this to Brad, he went back out to the house on his own time to check if this was an issue. He did not find a double roof.
The crew arrived on time the day after we closed, got the tear off done in one day and installed the new roof on the second day. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous when we came by the house and spoke with them. On the first day when I noticed a brown colored flashing installed on the lip of the roof, I called Brad to let him know that although the house was brownish red now, the trim would not be. He realized right away we had not discussed color and had the crew replace what they had already put on with the color we agreed on. They did not give us a hard time about this and recognized that it was just a communication error.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
