Everything went well, Rick Newman, Project Manager/Sales, did a great job overseeing the whole project. He is very professional, has a great personality, and always made sure our needs and concerns were met. I believe that STONEBRIDGE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, LLC is a honest company, with very reasonable pricing for all the work that they do. I would highly recommend STONEBRIDGE CONSTUCTION SERICES LLC to my family, friends, and neighbors, and would use them again for other home projects in the near future, thanks.

Not very happy overall. The quality and look of work were great, but unfortunately the entire process and communication were very, very bad. Will not use this company again. Especially considering the price I paid. The project manager never informed me when or if the crews were coming or going, when or if they would be on the job site, failed to pull a permit for the roof (found this out when the city came to inspect - notified me they would be putting out a stop work order the following morning) and also failed to file a COA (required for the historic district). The materials came up short many, many times. Not enough shingles were ordered so the roof was left unfinished for a couple of weeks. Seemed like I had to "remind the project manager" of things along the way over and over again. Carpenters showed up and the materials that arrived were often not the ideal cuts of wood to get the job done. Initially, it seemingly took an act of god to get any materials there in the first place. THEN, the carpenters subsequently argued and cussed and were amazingly unprofessional throughout the work process - and usually I'm not someone that's easily bothered by these things. They would arrive at 9:30 am, break for an hour at 11:30am and leave at 2:30. The project took forever. Stonebridge was the second highest quote (out of 6 that I received). I definitely expected more and was left with the feeling that it was just "another roof," and attention to detail and customer service were literally of no value.
