Very well. Everything was checked and cleaned.

It was after hours, and they were prompt in sending somebody over. They took care of the problem. He showed me how I should, you know every couple of months I should pour a couple cups of vinegar in the system on top of the, I don't know what you call it. Anyway pour a couple of cups of bleach in there every so often. What had a happened is I had not been doing that and a lot of sediment had gotten into it and kind of stopped it up. They were excellent. They came after hours. He took the time to explain what was going on. Since I called after hours I think the price was $89.00 instead of the normal fee. I think it would have been like $75.00 or something like that. He took the time to explain without making me feel like a dummy. I may even get a maintenance contract with them. That way I don't have these problems build up.

I had two crews at my home and it seemed no one was in charge. If these 2 crews represent the twelve I was told they have, beware. The air handler cabinet preps seemed well enough, though the air handler was not installed straight and centered. The placement of the outside unit was lackluster as little effort as possible was expended to get the actual mounting pad level so the unit was shimmed with rubber blocks. The heat strip was installed with two wires swapped. The measurements to verify the outside unit was installed correctly were done. However, they all left without performing any tests of the air handler output. As they were leaving I was told it should drop a degree every 15 minutes or so. They were gone as my room temperature rose by 4 degrees in a short time due to air handler discharge temperature being 140 degrees because of the incorrectly wired heat strip mentioned earlier. I called Snyder and was told someone would be out between 3 and 6 pm. Not good enough! I called every half hour until a service tech called and said he would be there in 15 minutes. He swapped the wires and did a couple tests and after placing the heat coil wires correctly things were running properly. They did a poor job cleaning up after themselves, leaving a mess both inside and out. I requested a call from management but, no such call was ever made to me. If anyone asks me about Snyder AC they will be told to go elsewhere. This is my second contractor chosen based on Angie's list ratings and reviews and they have both been sub-par in my opinion.

Everything has turned out pretty good. I would recommend their service to others and I'll continue using them.

Seriously overcharged. Snyder did not take into consideration that my warranty covered parts so I was charged for parts as well as labor. I was told it was a flat fee to replace the valve.

Service man came twice to my home did not clean system 10 minutes and he was gone. 30 point inspection yeah right???? Did nothing......tried to sell me something for mold what??? I don't have mold. These people rip you off....

They did a good job and were on time. They stayed true to the cost and the system is working just fine. I don't know if the cost was a bit much but I like it that they did what they said that they would do and did it in the time that they said that they would.

The agent seemed only interested in selling one particular unit. I asked about the quietness and other features and was told that they are all about the same. They installed the unit and were very prompt, but I am not happy with the noise it makes when it goes on and off. They sent a tech out, but the noise persists; each time it goes on and off (clunk). How do know ahead of time how a unit operates?

I would say the quality and timeliness. All the technicians they use have been very good. I can't differentiate between them, they have all been very good.

I was not there, somebody else was taking care of it for me. I was not available, so I don’t know how long it took. It doesn’t say on the bill. They did leave the area clean.

They were good. It took a few hours to do the project and more then one person came out.

We've used the same company for about 25 years.  The last big thing they did was put in a whole new system.  The first system we did was about 25 years ago and it needed to be changed.  For price, I'm thinking they're pretty fair; I would say that would be a B.  I want to say there were three people who came out to complete that service. There were two in the attic and then the other guy who did the other stuff and it took a day to complete.  Seriously, I was at work; my husband stayed home and took care of all this.  Yeah, they absolutely left the area clean.  We're very satisfied with Snyder.  Let me tell you this: When we first moved here we had an old clunker of an air conditioner here at this house for the heat pump or whatever it was, and we had a day of freezing.  I had a son here with chickenpox, we were new in this city, and we called Snyder and they were here in an hour.  The people who were servicing the old HV or whatever they call it - the heat pump - never even called back.  So Snyder has my undying patronage forever, because when you have a sick child and it's forty degrees in your house, then you know you have problems.  But they were here right away.  I'm sure there are cheaper units and whatever out there someplace; however, I want Snyder and I want what Snyder can do for me.  For the most recent check-up, the worker is always great because they send the same guy all the time.

Sales person was attentive, responsive, and flexible. Installation crew showed up on time and was courteous, efficient, and professional. Installers focused on doing a quality job, taking no shortcuts. Installers took great care in performing the demanding work required to replace the air handler in the attic space. In some other instances, they went above and beyond. For example, where we asked for a duct to be reattached to a floor vent, they actually replaced a short run of damaged duct in addition to reconnecting it. They coordinated all tasks required of an independent electrician. Work was finished on time, and they did a nice job of cleaning up before they left. It's always a little stressful having folks doing work inside the house, but the crew from Snyder was very friendly, and made the process easy on us. They even checked back with us afterward to make sure we were pleased with the installation.

Good, expensive, but good.
