+ -1 moreI had Signature Realty and Management handle my rental unit in Jacksonville FL for 10 years. It was an absolutely horrible experience, when I visited the rental unit after they rented it out, it made me puke, literally. This is a horrible management company, find a better one, I wish I did. it cost me $13,000 to repair the damage they never saw. No inspections, no oversight of your property, literally the worst service I've seen as a property owner. I would never go back to them as an owner or a renter!
