Great company and did an excellent job!

As Property Manger of St. Andrews Lutheran Church, I was very happy of the work quality done on the Church roof and the house next door. The Supervisor always keep me up dated on the day to day work. The area was cleaned up good. They did damage a couple of small things, but we were compensated for the damages. I would HIGHLY recommend this Roofing Company!!

They were very business-like, responded when I had questions, got back to me quickly, and did good job. They are organized and knew what they were doing!

This company has the best staff of professionals... from the first contact person to the very last. Every person was easy to work with and extremely professional. Reliant went above and beyond. The entire roof was replaced. The area was so clean afterwards it was amazing. I highly recommend this company.

This has been a process after hurricane Irma. I was out of town during hurricane and called Reliant that I needed the roof Tarped as about 50% of my shingles were gone. Reliant had this completed as soon as it was safe to be on the roof ( eg winds died down), about 1 day after the hurricane. After fighting with my insurance for months, as soon as everything was finalized Reliant had me on the schedule in about a week, they even applied for a permit in my area as they were not registered here. I was the first one in the county to use Reliant so there was some learning curve. communication was great, calls for delivery of dumpster, pick up of dumpster, and when the crew would be at the site etc. No problems at all. The 4.5 for customer service was due to a miscommunication that gutters were to be detached then reattached which was not done and Reliant made it right by removing the charge ( stuff happens). I even recommended my brother to call them. Not only did Reliant give a much better quote for his roof replacement, they were fairly quick to get him on the schedule. To be honest folks, you get what you pay for, Reliant is GAF certified, that is important to me ( the certification not the shingle company) and it was worth a little more for piece of mind. Things were cleaned up properly on the site, they came in and did the job in 2 days working time. Reliant is worth the money, because the piece of mind, they will explain what you need to get the warranty, and using a GAF Master Builder like Reliant will follow the rules to make sure the Warranty is in compliance. ( Hey lifetime warranty transferable... that's worth something). Additional benefit is that I got a wind mitigation included because I used the underlayment system rather than felt paper, this is included and itself worth a few hundred dollars. I highly recommend Reliant and everyone in Flagler county that uses them can thank me for being the first customer in the county. The roof looks great, no nonsense workers come and do their job and the office folks are great to work with. They even helped me fight with the insurance company to get a much better estimate. They are professionals, and will do the job, the biggest point I would make is make sure you tell them what you need and they will make best effort to satisfy.

This is a wonderful company to work with. They are great at communicating with every step of the process. We got several estimates for our roof and they had the most complete itemized estimate out of all the companies we received estimates from. They also are quick to respond if there are any questions and made the entire process seamless.

They completed a total house roof in one day! The entire experience was so easy, and they were the lowest bidder out of four. Everyone at Reliant Roofing is efficient, polite and pleasant -- they really know their customer service and the whole roofing process was fast and clean. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone and use them again.

Fantastic company to work with! After the initial contact through Home Advisor the Reliant team responded quickly and came in with the best estimate for replacing the roof due to damage from hurricane Irma. The team kept me informed as to the project start date and during the initial process (product selection, insurance filing, etc.). They made the claim filling a breeze by providing all the necessary forms. The crew arrived on the project start date and went right to work completing the job quickly, showing a lot of professionalism and diligence. The site cleanup and final product was great! Couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Reliant Roofing to anyone looking for a quality re-roofing. The products they use and the whole team are top notch!

From the time I met with Aaron about the estimate until the trailer was hauled away today we have had nothing but professionalism and courtesy from Reliant. They did exactly as we requested with no unwanted surprises. The crew was very careful with our yard-covering it with tarps and magnetically rolling it to be sure all nails are removed. The workers were amazing-going from light to dark with backbreaking speed and accuracy. The office crew was always helpful and efficient. They are very well informed also. I felt like their only client! And by the way-the roof looks beautiful. ?

We went to Home Advisor for a roofer after hurricane. Reliant Roofing came highly recommended by them. We had two estimates for the job, although Reliant charged a little more, we went with them due to Home Advisor. Are we glad we did, Reliant told us they were backed up and it would be February before they could install, due to hurricane. Are we glad we did, they kept in touch with us and walked us through the whole project. They were well organized, we didn't even have to ask any questions. The best was when Alex and his crew showed up, they covered the bushes, removed grill and furniture from porch and went on roof and didn't come down til it was done and cleaned up with all back where it was. They were polite, not loud , and I believe perfectionist with the beautiful job we got. We couldn't ask for a better roofer. Thanks a lot to all and especially John.

Due to Hurricane Irma my entire roof needed to be replaced. I live out of state and have tenants so all communication was done via email and phone. I chose Reliant because they seemed like a well established company and offered a decent estimate. I think all roofers in the Florida area are inflated taking advantage of the hurricane, but Reliant had the most competitive estimate between 3 offers. Job was estimated for 2-3 days. They handled all permits necessary and will work with the HOA if needed. After the 1st day of work it rained the next day preventing any work. The workers did not tarp the entire roof and it leaked into the master bed closet. My tenants notified the company and they immediately came out to cover the affected area. They also ensured me that any damage would be corrected and fixed by them at no cost. The job took a couple of days longer than planned due to weather. Once the roof was completed the project manager did a complete inspection of the crawl space and ceiling that was affected by the leak. Luckily the only damage was a water stain that was treated with killz by Reliant. The roof looks great and I am very pleased with the finished job. Reliant has outstanding customer service and communication, which was especially important to me being that I live out of state. I highly recommend them, especially if you are in a situation where you cannot be present to monitor the work.

Was a good company to deal with. Besides dealing with the drawback of Irma and the weird winter we had this year, project went smoothly. Would definately recommend Reliant to anyone.

Worked us in ( smaller roof replacement from hurricane damage) so that was great. Follow up inspection was done. The following day, we wanted to look the job over and found quite a few split shingles where nails were left under shingles and then were stepped on. We cleaned up and sealed the slits. A couple of other miscommunications , but I have to say...the project mgr and the office staff were great with follow up and making things right. The over-all experience with Reliant was very good. I would recommend them.

The ultimate professionals for new roof installation. Made it a NO HASSLES experience. Worked with my insurance company in my behalf for a quick settlement of my claim. Roofers came out to find and repair a leak. They thought that they repaired same but after a few months the leak reappeared. They promptly came back and sealed the work that they said wasn't done properly the first time. So bad news, good news rating.

I have been searching for a roofing company ever since I had wind damage almost 6 months ago, but luckily through Home Advisors I found Reliant Roofing Inc. This company gave me a very competitive quote, and the Final Invoice was exactly as quoted - they did not try to add-on anything although it was my choice to upgrade to a lifetime warranty shingle nor did they attempt to add in things that my house might need but had nothing to do with the roof replacement (as some other roofers had attempted to do). The crew was so courteous and professional, all dressed in their Reliant shirts, and worked harder than I have ever witnessed employees to work. They cleaned up trash after the project, and left me with a lifetime warranty roof that will most definitely be value-added to my home. Give them a shot - you will also be blown away with top level quality and service.

After hurricane Matthew we had damage to our roof . I chose this company because of their reviews on Home Advisor to give me a consultation and quote as well as others. I'm glad I did. Not only were they much more professional than the others, but much more thorough and at a cost I thought was more than reasonable. Even with the weather not being cooperative, the crew worked extremely hard to get the job done with pride, accuracy and quality workmanship. As an retired contractor, I know quality. This company not only has hard working people on their jobs but hard working people behind the scenes. I cannot say enough about the customer service I received. Job was complete "on-time and on budget". When calling with any questions or concerns, got answers within minutes. On a scale of 1 - 5, I had to give them a 5 but would have preferred to give them a 10. This company is worth hiring.
