"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I listened to your call placed into our office the morning of 10/25/2018. We regret any dissatisfaction with our lawn service. I also reviewed our notes, which showed various calls regarding rescheduling due to dogs. I did not locate any contact regarding dissatisfaction or requests for retreatment (which we provide at no charge). Our staffer did voice concern and also discussed we did not show a report of a problem. She also advised a supervisor had not been out and offered same. The supervisor offer was declined and you advised to cancel the service and inquired about using your Visa to pay the balance due for the 9/28/2018 treatment. Our lawn program began 3/28/18 and the last treatment was on 09/28/2018. I apologize there was no further response after your call on 10/25/2018. We understood the decline in our offer for a supervisor to inspect, etc. was for us not to take further action. Carolyn Richardson, President"
