I wrote a review on google and owner (AMA) responded and took over 2 mos for her to follow up after I called their number she gave as being concerned over the bad review. I then get another email asking for me to take down their 1⭐️ Review since they followed up! They wanted $495.00 to fix something they claim is within industry standards… so why would it need fixing?!? Please see the emails & photos of a resurfacing job they claim has no issues. This photo was taken today, 5/4/22. They said this ground water ring from draining the pool is normal on a new plastering job! ?

Paradise pools did a great job making our pool look new again. We went from an old quartz surface to a new pebble surface. It looks amazing! Very professional and a pleasant process. They even resurfaced our kool deck. Thank You! We just signed up for your pool service.

Terrible. They took 3+ months longer than promised and failed to remedy the main reason why we contracted with them in the first place. Customer service is terrible and the "new supposed owner", Vince Salituro, talks out of both sides of his mouth. Beware.

Delay delay, Lack of communication.

Don and Amanda are incredibly knowledgeable. The were in constant communication throughout the entire process. The team was friendly and knowledgeable and the end product was amazing. They transformed our pool. It looks brand new. Thank You!

Critical: Professionalism, Value This company destroyed our pool and caused the acid levels to be double what they should be. This was at a cost of over $3000 to get it fixed. When confronted with the fact that their employees are inept at pool care the front office person was snarky about it. Stay away. We are having to sue this company.

Amanda and her staff were Amazing. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, on time, well done, and then serviced the pool the month following to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them for all pool servicing

We highly recommend Paradise Pool Service! Our spa had been shut off for 5 years due to a leak no one could find. We called Paradise and they were very responsive. In fact they started the work the following week - impressive! A couple of weeks later after the initial work, the leak was located and fixed!! All of the staff, from Amanda, at the office to Ray who made sure the spa was sparkling clean (which it still is) and others, were terrific the entire time - friendly, yet professional and answered all the questions and concerns we had. Ray even power washed the decking. We are extremely satisfied with Paradise Pool Service and now use them on a weekly basis to keep the spa sparkling clean.

They never returned my calls

Excellent. Once work began the teams were were on point. Very professional and saw the job through in approximately 1 week start to finish. Cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely advise to use Paradise for your work.

Everyone was very professional and respectful to us and our property. Cleaned up each day.

They were awesome and really wanted our business. Called several times after their initial estimate to answer questions. Once they started work the owner was on site every other day until complete. All work was done on time and far exceeded our expectations. All the staff members were pleasant and efficient.

Rick was a great source of advice. He not only listens, he hears what we said. We received what we asked for and more. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality, the responsiveness, and the result.

OK, a leak developed after their replacement 6/13 NDso they came back and repaired, although they charged me for repairs.

Their service was good.

We've had them for about a year. They come weekly. Their prices are about in line with other people doing the same thing.

We actually decided to wait until next year to do it because it is kind of a pretty penny. There was a lot of stuff, but it was $32,000. I don’t know it it’s too high or not. We were going to get some other quotes to kind of put our toes in the water, they were the first people we got quotes from. It worked out great. Since they have great reviews, we’re going to trust their expertise, but we didn’t know if they are on the high end of prices. It’s the high price and the timing. It’s a new house, taking out a new mortgage for the first time, so we would just like to keep our little pocket money and kind of take a little time with the renovation.

All jobs have gone well. The guy that comes out is able to teach my husband pool basics that I have failed to be able to get across to him in a year and I am a Professor.

I had an initial awkward experience with them, but then it became drastically better after meeting the owner. I had spoke to someone that did not inform me he was in the hospital and no one ever called me back so I gave them a poor review. He reached out to me and explained the situation. After that, he came over and did a phenomenal job. It was a great experience once he was able to get here and able to explain to me the delay in response to my request. He explained the process to me, and informed me that it was going to take several weeks from the time of the estimate and the actual model. He did say he was running substantially behind because of the recent hospitalization. As long as I was kept informed of what's going on, I was fine.

He will inform you that he is among the most expensive companies, but does explain why. I think for the value of what he brings in is an "A". Price-wise, the consumer should know it is more of a "B". I would prefer to spend more money without having the headaches. 

He was phenomenal about explaining the pros and cons. We had logistical issues that he explained to us. He is still willing to build the model for us, so I was really impressed with that. His advice was pretty sound and appeared honest to me. Once we move, we will hire them to do work on whatever pool we have at that location. At this location, it just seems impossible. We had to think about all of the stuff that was going to increase the cost. He was outstanding. 

It would've been helpful in the beginning if they would've just been honest with me.

Tom is always willing to help providing information and maintains our pool better than we were. I will definitely continue to use him and would also recommend him.

Great. We have been please with the weekly service and also with the repairs on the equipment when requested. Estimates always provided.

Tom keeps our pool sparkling. He is dependable and professional. Paradise knows how to take care of all problems. They are a great company.
