DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON....HE IS A CROOK, HE TOOK MY MOMS MONEY AND NEVER CAME BACK TO DO THE WORK.  MY MOM HIRED HIM FOR $6,500 TO TILE HER HOME.   MY MOM WAS ANXIOUS TO GET HER HOUSE DONE SO SHE COULD MOVE IN AND ROB MET WITH HER PROMPTLY AND GAVE HER AN ESTIMATE AND EVEN MET HER AT OUR OFFICE TO GET IT SIGNED...ONCE SHE GAVE HIM THE MONEY....NO MORE ROB~~~!!!!  HE WOULD COME AND GO AND FINALLY WE HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO FINISH THE JOB.   PLEASE BEWARE!  DO NOT PAY HIM BEFORE HE DOES THE WORK, HE WILL NEVER COME BACK.  

I have known Rob Chisholm for several years and trusted that he wouldn't steer me in the wrong direction with my bathroom remodeling. Rob was very ready to begin demolition on my master bath. This part of the job was done quickly. But as for coordination the other services, this was arranged very poorly. Delay after delay. Multiple things along the way had to be modified, usually of additional charge to me. If more attention had been paid to details, some of these additional charges could have been avoided. It has taken since August for him to "not" complete my bathroom remodeling. Multiple things need to be corrected or completed. He refuses to answer my calls or respond to my text. Rob pocketed his last draw and has failed to complete the job. He also pocketed $775.00 that was to be given to the electrician that completed his job professionally and in a timely manner. The electrician I arranged to perform the work on my master, contacted me several months after his portion of the job was completed. He said he had been getting excuse after excuse from Mr Chisholm about why he hadn't received his check.
My shower and floor look nice, however, use caution when using this company. Be specific on services and payment. I had to pay my electrician twice, and I have a poorly painted bathroom, and multiple things left unfinished.
