Description of Work: very responsive and up,front about costs. Installed AC unit last year and returned when thermostats in 2 areas were not working in sync. Replaced a board at no cost. Contracted with them for annual maintenance and inspections. Good company!

Description of Work: When the temperature is n the ninties and you have no air you will pay whatever is asked. It was a Sunday and the air conditioner needed freon. I knew that because it has needed a boost every year. There is a leak that can't be found. Anyway I didn't flinch at the $131.00 fee for just the visit nor $124.00 for freon I was desperate not to spend another night without cooling. The serviceman was punctual, pleasant and did his job within 20 minutes. I couldn't have asked for more, although I didn't get the Senior discount I asked about, my air conditioner is running well and my house I comfortable.
