Caveat Emptor applies. Quality of furniture is terrible. Customer service lacking greatly-one hand doesn't seem to know what the other is doing. First daybed purchased was broken and returned. Second bed (different style, different brand) arrived and it was broken, too. Third bed arrived (more than 3 months later) and came with a COD for $149 (difference in price between the first bed and the replacement one). No compensation for all the problems. Berkline reclining chairs and loveseat were supposed to be leather. The only leather is on the arms, back and seat, the rest is vinyl - ok, fine, I can accept that, but it was never explained to me nor is the combo listed anywhere in the description. The chair backs aren't attached-they just slide in (and grrrrrr easily slide out). Purchased the life-time warranty to cover any breakage or damage - come to find out afterwards, damage by cats is exempt (which is what I wanted the warranty for in the first place.) Delivery was punctual.
Description of Work: We purchased a daybed ($500) and reclining chairs and loveseat ($3,700).
