Fast service. I spoke to them within the hour. The price was right and they came out within 2.5 hours, completed the job and did exactly what was necessary.

They did a good job on installing wire around the perimeter of my roof. They have done a great job in making sure I have no more animals in my attic or crawl space and have come back several times to respond to my requests. They are friendly and professional.

Knockout came to my rescue! The scheduled treatment from another company was cancelled (due to no fault of mine) and couldn't be rescheduled for several weeks. Knockout came the very next day and did the job quickly, professionally, and economically. I wish I had called them first - I could have avoided a lot of stress and worry! Absolutely the best service I have received from ANY company. I recommend them highly. If I could give them a "10" I would!

Will be switching to their other services for my rental property needs. Friendly, professional, only fault was communication of other personnel for specific needs. Very easy to work with.

Cost was $425, a bit high in my opinion, but this appears to be the standard charge for such a service. The service was just to be setting a trap for a possum (a juvenile that had taken up residence IN my house, that I could not get out or even FIND--and it would not go in MY traps). Just as Michael of Knockout knocked on my door, I noticed movement in the back of a recliner chair--yep, that's where it was. Michael, going well above-and-beyond, help me flip the heavy chair over, stuff the bottom with towels so the possum could not escape again, and we hauled the chair out to the curb. Problem of a month's duration solved; it was money well-spent.

Knockout looked at the problem the next day came out and all is good. They where fast and efficient!!! When they came for the inspection all I said was FIX IT!!! And they did:-)

They responded quickly to a difficult, chronic problem and fixed it. They also put in preventative measures. My only reason for a 4 star was when they gave me a verbal quote - I agreed to it quickly - I don't like beating people up on price. But then they raised the price $50 "After talking to the office" 5 minutes later. I don't like beating vendors up on price, but I don't like being charged as much as possible. I guess I have to go back to playing the price game. But - other than that, I would hire them again.

Have had a great experience thus far. Richard has been a great help. The customer service is great, and so far the quality has been untouchable. thank you, thank you, thank you
