Everything that I have used them for has gone according to plan. Nothing, no huge hiccups have happened. I don't have anything bad to say about them. They did their job, they did what they were supposed to do. It came out well. They showed up on time and they got it done relatively on schedule.  There were a few things here and there but there wasn't anything that shouldn't have happened or that just came up.

Wanted to add a 3rd bed/bath addition to my home. Jeff the owner and one of his project managers showed up on time and reeked of professionalism.  Clean truck, prepared proposal materials, company attire, the whole thing. Sometimes that can be a cover so I pressed them on a multitude of questions and they answered every single one and had alternative ideas to my requests as well. These guys were personable and down to earth. No GC 'tude here.Most importantly they were not in a rush to leave my property or act as if my project (as small as it is) was insiginifigant. They understood what I was going for and offered so many options my head had to get around the possibilities. These weren't overwhelming or negative, meaning they were proposing options to save money on the design, the labor, the effect it would have on the value of my home etc.As I interviewed other GC's for the project I developed a set of drawings that I sent to Jeff and his project manager. I kid you not, the very next morning I was contacted by Jeff stating he had received the plans and would review them for clarity and feasability. I think what impressed me about his company was his attention to detail and his understanding of my attitude. Im hands on, I have lots of questions, I want "attention",  - yeh - Im that guy......After all that being said, my financial picture changed during this process, making new budget limitations, I contacted them to let them know the changes and without hesitation, an immediate response and thanks for my time.....my time......awesome. Oh yeh and respectfully asked if they could send me monthly email updates - thanks for the heads up and "yes absolutely".They are my first call on the next project.
